Supply and Installation of 11 KV Compact Sub Station 250 KVA consisting of following items :-

(A) HT SWITCHGEAR 11kV, 630Amps 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated Non-Extinsible Compact switchgear(Type CV) consisting ofOne No's fixed Manual load break switches(LBS) andone No. Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker(VCB) having inbuilt load break switch and earth switch within SF6 insulated robotically welded non ferrite non magnetic stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.0mm having IP 67, with series trip,self powered microprocessor based numerical 3 O/C & 1 E/F relay (IDMTL + Inst.) protection.Interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 1Cx3x95 sq.mm Al. unarmorured XLPE Cable 1 No. Relay shall be self powered (50,50N,51,51N) with RS485 communication port 1 No. Protection CT shall be 40/1A 2.5VA 5P10. 1 Set. Standard Manometer (SF6 Gas Pressure Indicator) 1 No. Fault Passage Indicator(FPI) for incoming LBS only 1 No. Voltage presence indicator(VPIS) for incoming Healthy Indications 1 Set Manual push button for breaker ON/OFF 1 Set Mechanical Indication for Breaker & LBS ON/OFF/EARTHED. 3 No. Operating handle 1 No. All incoming modules of the RMU shall be capable for cable termination of 3C x 300 sq.mmAl XLPE Cable, incoming cable termination kits shall be in the scope of purchaser only.

(B) Transformer 250 KVA 11kV/433V Dyn11 Copper Wound Cast Resin Dry Type (AN) distribution Transformer with Off Circuit Tap Links (Make: ABB Approved vendors) 1No. Off Circuit Tap Links (OCTL), Tapping range +7.5% to -7.5% in a steps of 2.5% (6 Steps/7 Positions) Insulation Class:C, Temp. Rise Shall be 90 Deg. C Over an ambient of 50 Deg.C Temp. Transformer Losses: As per IS 2026 & IS 11171 No Load Losses : As per Manufacturers Standards Load Losses at 75 Deg.C : As per Manufacturers Standards % Impedance (%Z) shall be 6.25% (Subject to IS Tol.) Rating & Diagram (R&D) Plate (Fitted on Transformer) 1 No. Surge Arrestor (Fitted on Transformer CCA on HV Side) 1 No. Digital Winding Temp. Indicator with Alarm and Trip Contacts (With RS-485 Port).

(C) LT PANEL- 400A Aluminium Busbar (100% for Phase & 50% for Neutrals) Current density 1amp/sqmm, having IP2X, Fabrication using 1.5/2mm CRCA sheet steel complete with internal wiring consisting of following. INCOMER From transformer 400Amps 4P 50Hz 50KA Fixed Manual TypeMoulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB)with microprocessor based release for Overload (O/L), Short circuit (S/C) & Earth Fault (E/F) protection. 1 No. LED type Indicating Lamp - RYB, ON-OFF-TRIP. 1 Set. LT side metering CT 400A/ 5A, 5VA, Cl:1.0 1 Set Digital Multifunction Meter (MFM), CL-1.0 Accuracy with RS485 Port

(D) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE Outdoor type enclosure having construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel having 1.5mm thickness for Non-load bearing & 2.0 mm for Load bearing partition sheets & Door with HRCA 4 mm base frame. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (Colour Light gray and dark gray ). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV & LV compartment. As per IEC 62271-202

(E) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3Rx95 Sq.mm XLPE Single Core Aluminum Unarmored Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminum Busbars with aluminum flexible. Internal earthing connections by using50X6mm GI strips including Transformer Neutral. Compact Sub-staion will be complete with the internal interconnections & earthing.CSS is type tested as per IEC62271 202 .Standard.Interconnection between HT Switchgear and primary of transformer shall be done through 1C x 3R x 95 sq.mm Aluminum Unarmoured XLPE cable instead of Armored cable. Current / Voltage parameters of the switchgears shall be de-rated considering the high altitude Note No. 1: Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officer to check Routine tests as Per IS: 2026. Note No. 2. The cost etc for testing of transformer shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Note No 3. Prior to manufacture, the contractor will submit drawing and design details of transformer for approval of GE. Note No 4. After installation of transformer at site, the pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by SEI/EI/Rep of Accepting Officer and cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of cable jointing Kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for end termination indoor type heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying laying jointing, testing & commissioning in trenches, fixed on poles/ drawing through pipes LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables, heavy duty with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade (Earthed) crossectional area size of 185 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.
