Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any position as in stair case incl columns, beams, landing etc connected with existing RCC Oh tank up to the height of 21.50 m incl cutting reinforced bars to facelitate demolition. The demolition of RCC stair case shall be carried out carefully by errecting scafolding up to the required height. The beams connected with RCC tank shall be demolished by cutting the reinforcement bars andmaking good the disturbed surface.

Dismantling wrought iron or mld steel work of any description not otherwise.

M&L mild steel framed work as stair case up to height of 21.50 m with MS hollow square/rectangular tubler section/MS channel/ angle iron, flat iron etc in vertical posts, steps, landing,railing etc complete

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a

M & L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface including preparation of old steel surface width or girth exc 10cm all as specified and directed.

Providing & erecting double scaffolding ,Jacks to support the structure provisionally during repair etc.

Cleaning of OHT any capacity and depth by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/quid, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge ,and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of defence area. complete all as specified and directed

Repairs to RCC Over Head tank of Cap one lakh Gallon ( approx 4.5 Lakh Ltrs) at the stagging of 21.50 m high.

Crack treatments :- Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10mm x 10mm in V shape by Mechanic means cleaning all the dirt & loose particles by air pressure and wetting cracks to obtains SSD condition. Filling the cracks using Nitobond S.B.R 300 Latex of FosRoc S.B.R latex of 61 Ka/Tapcrete R.T.U of CICO having specific gravity ranging from 1.015 to 1.040 @ 27 deg celsius mixed with ratio 1(polymer) : 3(cement) maintain W/C ratio to 0.35 to achieve thixotropic consistencyproduct should be tested in accordance with BS 6319.

Injection Grouting :- Providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the cold joint by injecting cement slurry (prefered cement should have mani value 300-500 sqm per Kg mixed with grouting cementations powder (ebex 100 of FOSROLinteraplast of Cika/crystal seal of SICO @ 225 gm/50 Kg of cement with the dillution of S.B.R 300 in the required consistency through the per fixed nozzles of PVC in 18mm dia holes. Cut the nozzel after the grouting and pack the holes with renderoc plug of FOSROL.

BORE Packing :- Use S.B.R as bonding agent over pipe and internal side of concrete followed by providing high strength non-shrink grout GP2 of CICO before treating the surface with water proofing layer.

Coving : Providing and applying Cement Moral 1:4 admixed with Nitobond AR having 43% solid contents at the junction of slab and vertical offsets. Nitobond AR mixed cement mortar shows 75% improvement in adhesion (slant'shear strength N/mm2 as per BS 6319) has control samples.

Water Proof Coating :- Providing and applying priming coat of S.B.R latex to fill the micro holes of tank walls as well as tank slab. After that applying two coats of high performance, elastomeric, acrylic polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond R.F.X of FOSROC/topseal 107 of sika having a mixed density of 1.6 Kg/CC manufactured by fosroc chemicals sika/cico applied by company authorised application.

Food Garde Coating (Internal):- Providing mining and applying Nitocate (M210 manufactured by FOSROC chemical India Pvt Ltd and applied by FOSROC authorised application with 80% solid content and sika tapseal 109. The product should be approved for use in contact with portable water with stands high positive and negative hydrosat pressure and long working life and affective barrier. To sulphate and chlorides Standard Compliance:- 1. The product should meet the requirements of BS 6920 WRAS approved for use in contact with portable water upto 50deg/cel. 2. DIN 1048 : Water penetration test.

Protective Coating (External) :- Providing & applying single component acrylic polymer cement based waterproof coating of hydroproof by FOSROC chemical India Pvt Ltd use for reserviours and channels. End wall subjected to rain. Applying single coat. After applying single coat of hdroproof. Applying two coats of brushbond Roofguard. The product should be high build fibre reinforced seamless waterproofing render suitable for waterproofing of old & new roofs. Excellent barriers to carbon dioxide, chloride & sulphate ions. Highresistance to the effect of long term weathering durabe in all climate conditions including U.V attacks.

Application of weather proof exterior emulsion on OH Tank (Approx 3.8 Lakh Ltrs) capacity on 21.6m high staging : M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by grinding the surface before preparation of surfaces of old painted surface by cleaning, rubbing with gunny bags and washing the entire surface with water mixed with bleaching powder and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Ist quality) entire surface of old tank incl columns, beams, cross beams, beams above slab, exterior surface of tank. The rate quoted by the contractor included all scaffolding arrangement to carryout the work on exterior surface of one Lakh Gln OH Tank. The second coat of paint shall be applied after getting the Ist coat approved by the Engr-in-Charge. The application of paint shall be done with the roller only. The contractor shall arrange all safety belt and all other equipment like helmets etc and shall be fully responsible for the safety of the labours. The contractor is advised to visit the site and work out the requirement before quoting the rates. The rate also includes minor repairs requested and nothing extra shall be cleaned by the contractor Note :- The work shall be got executed by the authorised applicator of manufactures as approved by GE. The complete material required shall be brought by the contractor and deposited with the Engr-in-Charge. Each stage shall be passed by GE.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces of external walls of RCC OH tank using WPC @2% by weight of cement , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item as "Supply only".

Supply only integral waterproofing compound (Powder) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above gound level , concrete debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone agg) as in floor, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 20 mm agg. ) in path, hardstanding, sub base of flooring etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-0,1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edge, cills , copings etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 60mm thickness, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 with grey cement, pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs. (-) 20000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount Note: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
