Dismantling floor or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Dismantling ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) insulation board /slabs / blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and frame works etc all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of block masonry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down existing chowkats exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4 Sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame and removing from site all as directed by Engineer in charge..

Material and labour precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, exceeding 10cm in width in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 all as directed by Engineer in charge.

All as per item No 6 above but not exceeding 10cm thick and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified.

Material and labour for walling with light weight building blocks of standard size and density 550 Kg/cum or less having compressive strength not less than 35 Kg/cm2 built and jointed as per manufactures instructions and all as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: "Siporex" or equivalent.

Material and labour for double charged vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick square polished area not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with 2mm spacers and pointed with standard epoxy fillers to match the colour of tiles or specific colours all as directed.

Supply and fix framed work with standard galvanised section for false ceiling grid size not exceeding 605 x 605mm suspended with 40 x 6mm flat at interval not exceeding 600mm centre to centre for main and cross rectangular section fixed to roof slab / roof truss fixed with suitable fasting bolts etc including material and fixing of bioguard acoustic board fine fissured finish of Make ARMSTRONG or equivalent approved of size 600x600x17 mm size fixed in ceiling with screw to GI grid complete making good the joints necessary sealant/fillers as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair & even.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces over a coat of primer.

Material and labour for providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to shelves for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip quality confirming to deformed or twisted bars.

Material and labour for Granite of any colour of any type of work 16-18mm thick including necessary moulding (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cill, cooking platform over 20mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified.

Supply and fix stainless steel sink with drainage board made out of 1.00mm thick sheet with plug washers, waste pipe, MS angles cantilever brackets of suitable size and connecting union to type of over all size 915x450mm and bowl size 410 x 330 x 160mm complete.

Supply and fix butt hinges of stainless steel 100mm long ISI marked fixed with screws.

Supply and fix in position solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Rudraksh colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube and all as per manufacture's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in position 30mm thick factory made solid panel PVC door shutter Rudraksh colour both sides (conforming to IS:4020) consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19mm x 19mm for stiles, 15mmx15mm for top & bottom rails. Material and labour for providing cement concrete in roof, kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate.

Material and labour for providing coloured ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick as in skirting /dado, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 10mm thick cement backing coat in cement mortar 1:3.

Material and labour for Pre-fabricated Operating Room for OT 1 & 2 of size 7.2m x 5.8m of freestanding structure, constructed from composite, free standing insulated steel wall puff panels, all as shown in drawing/specified The pre-fabricated Operating Room will be constructed by Wall & Ceiling panels. Ceiling panel is placed at an angle of 90° with the wall panel. The wall panels height will be of 3000mm, thickness of 50mm & the width will be maximum of 1100mm and minimum of 200mm, also each corner of the wall will be constructed by a special corner wall panel of 135°. The ceiling panel is having thickness of 30mm and will be placed at an height of 3000mm from finished floor level. All puff panels are produced in a double band laminator, in which two continuously moving belts of SS 316 sheets of 0.80mm are firmly bonded together, the core consists of rigid polyurethane foam, which has been injected under high pressure, with a minimum density of 40kg/m3 having insulation properties (K values) of 0.023 W/m3 K for 50mm thick and 0.025W/m3 K for 30mm thick puff panel.

The prefabricated OT unit will include Supply and Installation of Storage Unit 1900mmx800mmx350mm made of SS 316 grade of thickness 0.8mm. The cabinet should have made up of 5 mm thick toughened glass, these doors should be installed on the storage units with the help of fittings allowing an opening allowance of at least 160degree. The storage unit should be divided in 4 equal parts and each part should have individual doors with locks of make such as Godrej in the system. It should have detachable type steel racks duly fitted with UV lights to provide All as per indication sketch and as per the direction of Garrison Engineer/Consultant (item not covered above will paid separately as related) Note: Steel to be used from JINDAL/ TATA STEEL/SAIL

Supply and fix Hermetically Sealed Door of size 1500mm X 2100mm with automation: The core consists of rigid polyurethane foam, and high-pressure laminate should be used to face both sides. Each hermetically sealing sliding door include a viewing screen (window) 300m x 300mm, typically installed 1150mm above finished floor level. The core is set firmly in an aluminium frame, containing a nonporous non-shedding door seal, which should allow the door to seal on all four edges in the closed position. The door track is constructed from an aluminium extrusion, fixed firmly to the wall. The door will run on nylon wheels within the track. The track and wheel design is such that during the last 50mm at travel on the closing cycle, the doors moves in 3 directions to form a seal against the floor, at the bottom an against the frame on both sides and at the top. Nylon runner guides are fixed to the floor in such a way that they do not obstruct trolley movement through the door; they provide stability during the opening and closing cycles and assist in creating the necessary pressure at the bottom of the door to maintain the seal. The doorframes consist of reinforced plasterboard panels faced with the same laminate as the doors and will be edged with an aluminium extrusion and with concealed fixings that are adjustable during installation to ensure a 100% hermetic seal is achieved.

Automation unit is provided and it is of the single-phase electronic type mounted, directly to the door track. The automation unit consists of a computer electronic controller and motor and the drive mechanism will be heavy-duty steel reinforced toothed fabric belt. The controller includes the facility to individually set opening speed, partial opening, closing speed, time delays and a variety of locking and interlocking options, within factory pre-set limits. An infra red safety sensor is built into the doorframe and the door controller has the ability to sense additional loads on the door caused by any obstruction in its path and to automatically stop or reverse the direction of travel. The controller is operated by foot switches or radar sensing devices. All doors are designed to be manually operated in the event of failure of the power supply or the automation unit. Providing, Fixing, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Manual Operated Single Flap Swing Type Manual Door (Non Hermetically Sealed) of G.I Powder Coated on both side faces, size (750mm x 2100mm) with all necessary accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2 bay Scrub stations of size 1600mm X 550mm. Each fixture is fabricated from heavy gauge, type 304, stainless steel is seamless welded construction polished to satin finish. Material and labour for submain wiring along with earth wire of size 2x6sqmm and 1x6sqmm PVC cable single core copper conductor in concealed conduit of suitable size all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.
