Applying prime coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 kg of SS-1 bituminous emulsion per 10 sqm including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc, complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.
