(Note:- Rate quoted deemed to include for removing and replacing of defective items where required.)

Servicing of ACB 800/1200A rating by disconnect and taking out the breaker after taking power shut down of the respective panel and overhauling/ servicing the ACB by opening all parts and cleaning of electrical contacts with CTC/rust remover, lubricating electrical moving parts with petrolium jelly and mechanical moving parts with grease & applying Becktrol red solution to the surface of the bus bars and spouts, applying Monoplast compound at the bus bar joints after tightening of joints and replacing defective spare parts like springs/ bolts/ nuts/ washers etc, including testing, calibrating , refixing the circuit breaker and make fuctional, complete all as specified and directed.

Spray Painting the LT Panel complete of any capacity after preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (smoke grey) paint and black enamel paint on angle iron stand, replace the Danger notice plate, complete all

Repair/Reconditiong of exisitng earth pit by removing damaged Earth PCC chambers and excavate pit soil upto 25% of earth plate/electrode and adding alternate layers of charcoal, mixture of salt and copper sulphate up to 15cm above the earth plate/electrode and moist the mixture using water , cleaning/replacing of funnel with wire mesh where ever necessary , contractor should ensure that the earthing resistance should be below 5 Ohms , making good to distrubed surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Deemed including excavation, returning filling and connected items. 2. Salt , charcoal , copper Sulphate, pit chamber , Testing will be measured and paid seperatly
