Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). On Bituminous Surface (Using Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) at the rate of 0.250 kg/m2.)

Dense Bituminous Macadam Dense Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense bituminous macadamwith Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregate ofspecified grading, filler(Cement /hydrated lime /Rock dust) premixed with bituminous binder ofapproved grade @4.0% (min) for Grading -1 and4.5% (min) for Grading -2 by weight of total mixas per table 500-10 and mix design done as pertable 500- 11 and job mix formula as per clause 505.3.3 to Mirth (5th Revision), includingscreening, cleaning of chips , transporting the hotmix to work site, laying the mixed materials atspecified laying temperature, as specified In Table500-2 with a hydrostatic paver finisher withsensor control to the required grade, level andalignment over prepared surface coated with tack coat, rolling with smooth wheeled and vibratoryor tandem rollers or with a pneumatic tire roller of12 to 15 tonne weight with a tire pressure of atleast 0.56 Map, to achieve the desired density asper clause 505.3.5, all including cost and carriageof bitumen, crushed aggregates, fiIIer materialsand hire charges of machinery and equipment forconstruction and quality control complete as perClause 505 of Specifications for Rood & BridgeWorks of Morth (5th Revision).B. For Grading II(26.5 mm nominal size, 50-75 mm thick.) (i) Using Batch type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete withHot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates, fillermaterials (Cement /hydrated lime /Rock dust) andpremixed with bituminous binder of specifiedgrading @5.2% (min) for Gr.-1 & @5.4% (min)for Gr. -2 , as per table 500-17 and mix designdone as per table 500- 10 and job mix formula asper cl. 505.3.3, Including screening, cleaning ofchips and preparing a uniform and qualify mix,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying themixed materials at specified laying temperature asspecified in Table 500-2 with a hydrostatic paverfinisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment over prepared surface coatedwith tock coat, rolling with smooth wheeled andvibratory or tandem rollers or with a pneumatictire roller of 12 to 15 tonne weight with a tirepressure at least 0.56 Map, to achieve the desireddensity as per clause 505.3.5, Including cost andcarriage of bitumen, crushed aggregates, fillermaterials and hire charges of machinery andequipment for construction and quality control,complete as per Clause 507 of Specifications forRoad & Bridge Works of Mirth (5th Revision).B. For Grading 2(13.2 mm nominal size, 30-40 mm thick.)(i) Using Batch Type HMP of minimum capacity 100-120 TPH.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes complete as per Clause 803 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs. Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). 60 cm circular.
