Day-to-day maintenance of Housing Pocket.

Cleaning and sweeping of common area of alloted EWS,MIG & HIG building etc. i/c lift lobby ,staircase,removing of spider net etc. and collecting garbage, sludge, malba and refusal of all types dead animals and birds etc. at site and removal of malba/refuse to nearest dustbin as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. Item i/c Environmental Assistant with narial brooms, kassie, khappachi & bamboos,uniform,rickshaw etc.The area shall be cleaned every day that means 274 days in year.

Conditions: - 1. A sum of Rs. 1000/- per day as token penalty will be imposed in case of specified area not swept/cleaned satisfactorily. 2. Any challan from MCD/NGT or any other department on account of not cleaning the complete area satisfactory will be borne by the agency. 3. All garbage shall be disposed of only at the designated MCD dumping yard. Dumping garbage at any unauthorized location is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in a penalty of ₹5,000 being imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge. 4. All the material like mask,gloves, safety shoes, bleaching powder,wire brush,broom,phenyl, etc. required to execute above mentioned items shall be arranged by the agency. 5. The agency shall quote rates for manpower strictly as per the minimum wages notified by GNCTD/GoI, whichever is higher + 1% Water Charge + GST applicable otherwise same will be summarily rejected.
