Supply of Quarry rubbish including stacking to department gauge for premeasurement and spreading required thickness

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and upto height of 1.5 above ground/bed level.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for - foundations, footings, bases for columns

Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggregates 20mm nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.5 metres ground/bed level.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc .complete - 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing , hoisting and fixing upto floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete in small lintels not exceeding 1.5m clear span upto floor five level, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding the cost of reinforcement , with 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (ISI brand approved make) Fe - 415 or more

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work

Disposal of building rubbish material within 2km radius. The rate including loading, unloading transporting, labour etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
