Excavation in trenches, nexc1.5 m wide and nexc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.01 above but in hard/dense soil.

Cleaning the vegetation including glass, bushes small trees and all vegetation growth complete including digging out the root of bushes and small trees around the installation/Feeder panel etc. filling the rough holes with earth and levelling the surfaces by removing all debris outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L spray painting to indoor/outdoor type, feeder panel installed at different location of GE (west) Colaba area after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust, filing of cavaties and applying two coats of heat resistant paint of approved quality of required colour and writing/marking the In/ Out cables and MCCBs etc. all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L fabrication work with cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for substation cable duct all as specifeid and diredted by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repairs/ Overhauling/Servicing to Existing LT electric FPB Out door type by taking shut down from appropiate authority including following activities (a) Tightning the loose connections and cleaning inside/out side complete by replacing all cable defective glands, thimbles and lugs as per the size of existing cable, applying petrolium jelly on the contactors, providing new insulation tape to bus bars, repairs to broken/hanging doors by fixing hinges or welding the door to make it servicable, spray painting (silver colour) /powder coating and testing the entire panel board after the completion of servicing up to the satisfication of Engr-in-charge all as specified and directed . Note : MCCB, ACB, painting, measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Note : MCCB, ACB, painting will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Note : Defect MCB, contactor, relay, capacitor bank will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply, install ,testing and commissioning of factory made LT Panel board outdoor type made totally enclosed dust & vermin proof single opening with double leaf shutter duly hinged with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work & CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick as per IS 5039, CPRI approved, duly painted with powder coated of approved shade over a coat of zinc chrome primer after min seven tank treatment process including numbering & lettering mounted on C channel of appropriate size. Neccessary holes shall be kept on the kiosk box for incoming and outgoing cable entry, all holes shall be provide with brass cable gland of apprppriate size. The feeder pillar box shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50Hz , 3 phase 4 wire system & shall comprise with suitable capacity aluminium TPN bus bar chamber having 3 phase 4 wire system fixed on porceilin insulator with suitable size PVC copper conductor and duly sleeved with 4 coloured heat shrinkable PVC sleeve, thimble & glands. the pannel board shall confirm as per IP 52 complete all as directed with foliowing accessories. (Note:-The cost of the PCC plateform deemed to be included in the qouted rates of above said item complete all as specified & directed).
