Removal of Acoustic Wall Panelling: Removal of acoustic wall panelling, removal of white cedar battens hessain cloth plywood backing, glasswool insulation etc completely, stacking the useful material and disposal of useless material material by tractor or other means away from the campus to contractors own dump etc complete as directed.

Removal of Old Carpet Flooring on Dias: Removal of existing worn-out carpet flooring including cleaning the wooden floor free from rubber based solution using turpentine etc so as to facilitate fixing of new floatex or equavalent carpet. Carting away unwanted useless material by tractor or other means away from the campus to contractors own dump etc complete as directed.

Repairs to Wooden Dias: Repairs to wooden dias, making suitable slots/cutouts to facilitate cabling work and making good the same including all necessary material, labour etc complete as directed.

New Carpet Flooring on Dias: Providing new heavy duty carpet made of 100% solution dyed polyolefin fibre having pile height more than 4mm, approximate thickness 7mm with non-woven eco backing ISO certified in the form of tile or roll. Fixing the same with polygrip or equavalent SR based glue etc including all wastages arising due to the curved contour, complete as directed.

Alteration to Wooden Footsteps : Alterations to existing footsteps cutting as per required contour etc to accomadate speakers and making good with all necessary material, labour, etc complete as directed.

New Wooden Footsteps for Dias : Providing new footsteps for dias made of 19mm BWP grade ply of Archid make with necessary stiffners and supporting members and lining the same with 1"x1" rubberwood battens for all exposed surfaces matching with the existing footsteps. Finishing the same with neat poly-urethane polish after suitable surface preparation, sanding, filling etc including all necessary material labour complete as directed.

Aluminium angles for Step Edge of Dias: Providing and fixing Silver anodised/Powder coated aluminium angles of size (30mmx30mmx2mm) to the edges of false flooring by means of necessary Pan headed screws etc complete as directed.

Repairs/Alterations to Podium: Repairs and alterations to podium, making suitable slots etc for repositioning of microphones, providing new brackets for supporting the top cover, replacement of damaged hardware items etc complete as directed.

Aluminium Support Grid for False Ceiling: Providing and fixing 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick aluminium tubular sections made to grid at 1200mm C/C in one horizontal direction and 2 sections across in another horizontal direction with necessary anchor to facilitate adequate support for modular grid false ceiling, etc complete as directed.

Aluminium Support Grid for False Ceiling: Providing and fixing 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick aluminium tubular sections made to grid at 1200mm C/C in one horizontal direction and 2 sections across in another horizontal direction with necessary anchor to facilitate adequate support for modular grid false ceiling, etc complete as directed.

Grid False Ceiling System: Providing & fixing of Soft mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling system in module size of 600X600X25mm with Angled Tegular/Straight Edge Tiles with Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9, Light Reflectance >85%, Colour white, Fibre performance UK class o/class 1 (BS 476 pt-6&7) and suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 66% GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on 24mm wide T-section flanges colour white having rotary stiching on all T sections i.e. the main runner, 1200mm and 600mm cross tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 13.2kgs/sqm and push out strength of minimum 100kgs. The T sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm and need to be installed with suspension system of approved make. Vertical supporting with j bolt and rivit system. (P-328,I-39.12.8)

Extension to Table Tops : Providing extension to table tops using 19mm BWP ply of Archid/Greenply make over the existing table top in required contour after scraping the old laminate. Providing 1mm lamination for table top using Fevicol SH adhesive. Providing necessary new 2mm thick PVC beading with suitable adhesive etc complete as directed. Approiximate Depth shall be 0.75m

Wooden Ledge : Providing wooden ledge for keeping electronic gadgets using 19mm BWP ply of Archid/Greenply make over the existing rack in required contour after scraping the old laminate. Providing 1mm lamination for the ledge top using Fevicol SH adhesive. Providing necessary new 2mm thick PVC beading with suitable adhesive etc complete as directed. Approximate Depth shall be 0.25m

Sealing the Partitions to Nullify Viberation: Sealing the existing aluminium framed partitions to nullify viberations caused by heavy woofers and other sound system in the auditorium by inserting rubber gaskets in-between panels and glazing clips for all the glazed and novopan panels and filling with silicon sealant including all necessary material, masking tape etc complete as directed.

SS Cover Plates for Cable Raceway: Providing and fixing SS cover plates for existing cable raceway by means of adhesive, screws etc complete as directed

Trap Door: Providing trap door made of 19mm BWP ply of Archid/Greenply make with necessary supports to the cable trench in the control room with all necessary material, labour etc complete as directed.

Plywood Panelling/Strengthening for Split AC Unit: Providing 19mm BWP plywood panels including necessary framework of size 75mm x 60mm wherever necessary for mounting indoor unit of split AC, including all necessary hardware material etc complete as directed.

Poly-Urethane Polishing: Providing and applying polishing in two coats with Premium poly-urethane polish on wooden surfaces to give a uniform sheen including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, applying sealer, filler including cost of materials, labour etc complete as directed.

Miscellaneous Works: a. Removal of old writing board with framework, old pelmet band without damages to the walls ceiling etc and stacking. b. Removal of old damaged verticle blinds and stacking. c. Removal of old glass writing boards and stacking. d. Removal of unwanted electrical casings, pipes, hanging wires etc.
