Main Switches: Supply and erection of metal clad switches / B.D.Bs with rag bolts on wall or on existing angle iron board / pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. (HSR 31.12 (a). xiv) Triple pole switch with neutral link 32 amp. 415 Volts Cat-B.

Miniature Circuit Breaker and Isolator:- Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17) Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ii) SP MCB 6 amp. to 32 amp.

vi) TPN MCB 6 amp. to 32 amp.

Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21) xiii) Galvanized iron pipe 50 mm dia on flushed.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22) iii) Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosures with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. ( but without charcoal or coke and salt ) complete as required.

v) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt for G.I. Plate or copper plate earth electrode.

viii) Supplying and laying of 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 meter below ground level as strip earth electrode including soldering etc. as required.

xv) Pdg. and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required with all labour and material.

Supply and erection of underground cable 1 metre below ground level covered with sand and bricks including necessary connections, digging and refiling of trenches. (HSR 31.25). xl) 16 Sq. mm 4 Core Ard. Cable .

Supply and erection of underground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections. (HSR 31.26). xl) 16 Sq. mm 4 Core Ard. Cable .

Supply and erection of suitable compression type brass cable glands for underground Cable. (HSR 31.28) ii) 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm Cable 2 to 4 Core .

Pedestal: Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah type M.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars. The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embedded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work:- (HSR 31.33). i) M.S.pedestal of size 600 mm wide , 750 mm high ,300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embedded in cement concrete block of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

S/E of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grad in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe. (HSR 31.40). i) Cable size 1.5 sqm(3/0.81 mm)

S/E of double door sheet steel enclosure distribution board suitable for MCBs and ELCBs recessed in wall including bonding to earth with all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge of the work. Const. of R.C.C Foundation for 12.5 Mtr. High Mast Pole of size as per approved / attached drawing including the cost of cement / concerte/ longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings/ foundation bolts / Anchor plates & other allied material etc as per approved drawing and design to complete the job. The rates are including the cost of suitable size of digging / boring of pit for excavation of foundation below the ground level and also fixing / installation/ connection/ testing / commissioning/ errection of High mast pole on the foundation with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge of work.
