Supply and Fixing in repairs 25mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . / 25mm-455gms/ 40mm - 690 gms) all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 250 & not exceeding 500 and hoisting and fixing 500 litre capacity rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) in position including Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/20mm-45gms /25mm- 65gms) and float valve complete on roof of any height all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 500 & n exc 1000 and hoisting and fixing 1000 ltr capacity rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) in position including Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank (Minimum weight 15mm-38gms/20mm-45gms /25mm- 65gms) and float valve complete on roof of any height all as specified in SSR Part I and as directed.

Taking up or down 25mm to 32mm dia steel tubing and connections, including removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of 25mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying in repairs 25mm CPVC gate valves, with lever , screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of existing Water Proofing treatment of any type (APP Membrane, Cement or earthen tile, Mud phuska or lime concrete) including cement plaster of any thickness and removing bitumen coating/mud pushka, dirt’s etc over original RCC roof slab by grinding, Picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & to providing water proofing treatment complete all as directed. Note : Rate includes for removing debris outside defence land.

Demolition & removal of cement concrete/padding concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate includes for removing debris outside defence land.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, parapets and railing up to 60cm height, leveling concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick Screed bed or bedding/plaster in CM 1:3 with WPC, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Material and labour for providing APP modified water proofing membrane as per IS 1654-2017/IS 16352-2017 , 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.60kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester/HMHDPE matt black finished over compatible primer/bonding bitumen @ 0.40 Litr/Sqm and torch applications of membrane with 75mm side overlap and 100mm end lap after necessary preparation of surface complete as per manufacturer's instructions and applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminum paint on top @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick/stone/boulder /precast concrete articles and precast concrete block built in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry, type C1, 1:3:6(using 20mm graded aggregate) in CM 1:6 with solid blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with WPC, finished plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and asdirected. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately
