Excavation work in excavation by manual means for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts wells cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 M including the disposal of excavated earth upto 1 M from the cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement : 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including all leads lift carriage complete Job

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads lift carriage complete Job

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheets fixed with polymer coated J. or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Neat cement punning

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeTwo or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture
