SCHEDULE "A" (Hot Water Supply)

Item No 01 : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 ltrs, horizontal storage type metal/ steel body has following specification including all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. (i) BEE -3 star rating (ii) Iner Tank- MS Glass line Coating with anti corriosion (iii) Wattage - 2000 Watt (iv) Pressure rating - Minimum pressure 0.8 MPa (v) Heating element - Anodized rod (vi) Other accessories- Safety valve, thermostate protection, NRV, connecting pieces

Item No 02 : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of electric water heater (geyser) of capacity 25 ltrs, vertical storage type PVC outer body has following specification including all fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed Engineer -in -charge. (i) BEE -5 star rating (ii) Inner Tank- MS Glass line Coating with anti corriosion (iii) Wattage - 2000 Watt (iv) Pressure rating - Minimum pressure 0.8 MPa (v) Heating element - Anodized rod (vi) Other accessories- Safety valve, thermostate protection, NRV, connecting pieces etc

Item No 03 : S&F PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT pipe with nuts of 450 mm length for hot and cold water supply complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : M&L cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves,lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good in brick walls, cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 20 mm dia outer SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls / ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 06 : Supply and fixing of Tee, bend, socket, reducer etc. CPVC pipe 20 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07 : Supply and fixing of elbow, nipple etc, for CPVC pipe 20 mm outer dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 08 : Supply and fix angular stop cock, brass chromium plated, screwed down for size 15 mm (1/2") dia pipe including all connected fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 09 : Supply and fix Cock, bib, brass chromium plated, screwed down for size 15 mm (1/2") dia pipe including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 10 : M & L for point wiring with 4.0 mm cable copper for 3 pin 15 Amps socket outlet on independent board, including 4.0 sqmm copper conductor PVC insulated sheathed continuous earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly FRLSH sheathed 1100 Volts grade copper multi stranded conductor drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit 20 mm dia concealed in walls, roofs, including chese cutting and making good of wall surface by using putty and wall paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2X 4.0 Sqmm for phase and nutral and 1 X 4.0 sqmm for earth run measured in one unit.

Item No 11 : S&F Switch piano flush button single pole one way 15 Amp 240 volt complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 12 : Supply and fixing socket outlet flush type multipurpose 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 and 15 Amp, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 13 : Supply & Fixing of Exhaust fans of size 300mm sweep has following specification including all fixing arrangement including adequate size of louver in outer wall for bird protection complete all as specified and directed. NOte: Rate of the exhaust fan is included with suitable size of louver (i) Body -Heavy duty Metal body (ii) Speed - 1400 RPM (iii) Capacity - not less than 1700 m3/hrs (iv) Noise level - Not more than 70 dB (v) Bearing - Double ball bearing.

Item No 14 : Supply & Fixing of Exhaust fans of size 380mm sweep has following specification including all fixing arrangement including adequate size of louver in outer wall for bird protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge. NOte: Rate of the exhaust fan is included with suitable size of louver (i) Body -Heavy duty Metal body (ii) Speed - 1400 RPM (iii) Capacity - not less than 3000 m3/hrs (iv) Noise level - Not more than 70 dB (v) Bearing - Double ball bearing.

Item No 15 : M & L for point wiring complete with 1100 Volts grade, single core, PVC insulated FRLSH cable multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm nominal area, drawn through and including rigid, PVC casing & caping suitable size with all necessary fittings and accessoried fixed on walls/ ceiling with one run neutral and one roun of single core cable of same description above but green colour in continous earthing wire connected to common earth dolly including PVC junction/ mounting boxes on / in the wall for switch socket combination and GI juncion box duly covered with 3 mm thick hylam sheet complete for the independent switch to ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 16 : Supply & fix Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 17 : Supply & fix ceiling rose surface bakelite three terminal of size 50 x 24mm, 240 volts AC complete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No 18 : Fabrication and painting of steel / Iron chanel made out of 6 mm thick powder coated size 20X6mm suitable to fix 01 No 300mm Exhaust fan independently, i.e Note: The gaps of the fabricated frame holding the exhaust fan should be covered with opaque fibre glass of suitable size. The exhaust fan and fibres glass should be fitted on the fabricated structure using screws which will secure the exhaust fan tightly when switched on/off. The frame would be welded at site. Rates for welding, painting, fibre glass & other finicing material shall included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 19 : Cutting of holes for fixing of Exhaust fan on the wall of size 380mm sweep and making good the distubed surface of wall including plastering and painting which matching with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 20 : M & L for Sub main wiring with approved colour coding a sper IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable with multi starnded copper conductor of size 4 sq mm nominal area and drawing into suitable size non-metallic rigid heavy duty PVC conduit of white/ ivory colour 25 mm bore pipe and its accessories ISI marked heavy duty of suitable size with single run of PVC insulated with 4 sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: Two runs of conductor cable, one runs of earth cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.
