4th Call for necessary construction of 03 (three) nos. toilets with allied plumbing works including necessary electrical works at proposed Executive Magistrate Court, Bhangar Division, Kolkata Police, during the year 2025-2026.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls,celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out join..............., scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (iii) With 1:6 cement mortar (c) 20 mm thick plaster

(b) Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats)

Supplying, fitting and fixing Marble Slab/tile of 15 to 18 mm thickness in riser of step or skirting ( upto 300 mm ht over 15mm (avg) thick base of Cement mortar (1:2) laid with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm before placing marble & jointed with white cement slurry @ 2.2 kg/sqm with necessary pigments including grinding and Granite polishing as per direction of Engineering-in-Charge in Ground Floor. ( White Cement and Pigment to be supplied by the Agency )

Colour washing with "ELLA" with a coat of white wash priming including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly two coat :
