Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 32 mm nominal dia Pipes

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end) :32 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms. 15 mm nominal bore

Cutting holes up to 30x30 cm in walls including making good the same: With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks

Providing and fixing brass female trade brass FABT to push vale/ other fitting in 32mm dia with all accessries fittings and fixutres complete as per direction and instructon E-in-charge.

Providing and fixing brass male trade brass MABT to push vale/ other fitting in 32mm dia with all accessries fittings and fixutres complete as per direction and instructon E-in-charge.

P/F Glazed Aluminium powder coated section in windows and ventilators including all fittings and fixtures as per E-in-

Chemical treatement in wall and floor to stop termite growth by approved chemical for pest control, boring hole and sealing filling with chemical as per specification of manufacture and direction of E-in-charge

Repairing of shutter including change of bearing, gear and greacing etc complete to make smoothly operating in opening and closing while moving up and down

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box/celling rose and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group 'C'.

Wiring for circuit / submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface / recessed PVC conduit as required
