Supply and making following cable end termination with heat shrinkle jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 Core XLPE Al. Conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. (Make Denson/Mahindra/CCI) Indoor end Termination of 3 core 70 sqmm cable.

Earthing with following size of earth plate including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required. (600 x 600 x 3) mm Copper

Supply & laying 4 mm dia copper wire size of earth wire on surface/recess for loop earthing.

Supply & laying of 25mmx 5mm copper strip on surface/recess for connection.

Erection of steel tubular pole or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc. as required.

Supply and Erection of 11 KV pin type insulator complete with large steel head G.I pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of ACSR Conductor of following size including binding etc. as required. (7/2.11mm to 7/3mm)

Providing & erection of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 7.14 kg per metre, cross arm for 4-wire overhead line conductor complete with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for pin insulators and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of complete C.T/P.T unit alongwith the 3 Phase 11KV Trivectometer with the PT Ratio 11000/110 Volts, C.T Ratio 150/5 Amp (Make Secure/L&T/HPL approved make) including the suitable size of necessary 11 KV XLPE armoured cable 3 core. The job includes providing of 11KV indoor and outdoor KV as per the requirement at site including the channels nuts, bolts and mounting whole system on the H.T pole earthing.

Supply Installation Testing and commissioning of power pack with 220 volts A.C input & 24 Volts D.C continuous output suitable for closing tripping. Indication of H.T Panel boards with 2 No. 12 Volts each maintenance free batteries of 100 AH (Suitable) each charging unit, capacitor bank for emergency delivering for trip system complete with suitable capacity of Ammeter & Voltmeter including connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated Copper Conductor Cable etc. as required. (Make ISI Marked)

Providing and fixing H.T danger notice plates made of mild steel at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscriptions in single red colour on front side as read.

Supplying and laying of earthed PVC insulated PVC Sheathed armoured, aluminum conductor XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) amended upto date as per following size. (Make CCI/Havells/Ecko/General/Grandley). 3 core 70 sqmm 11 KV

P/F Carbon dioxide (Co2) Type Fire Extinguishers confirming to IS2878-1976 and Cylinders fully charged of following capacities. (Make ISI Marked) 4.5 Kg

S/F of Foam Fire extinguisher portable Type 9 litre capacity hanged on wall with bracket complete as required. (Make ISI Marked)

S/F Safety instruction chart in word duly framed with 5mm thick Glass as required approximately front area 1.20 sqmt (1 in Hindi & 1 in English)

P/F of Set of 4 Nos. 9.5 litre capacity G.I bucket painted in post office red colour with prior coat of red oxide paint and written with white paint ‘FIRE’ and mounted on M.S angle iron frame with bracket of appropriate size & capacity including filling sand etc.

P/F of First Aid box as approved by Indian Red cross/St. John Ambulance Brigade confirming to IS2217-1963.

S/F Shock treat chart duly mounted on a wooden frame with 5mm thick glass as required approximately front area 1.20 sq mt (one in Hindi & one in English).

Providing of Tool box containing necessary Tools Spinner set required for operation & maintenance of VCB along with Two sets of Rubber Gloves.

Supply of swaged type steel tubular pole of following height duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of silver paint made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2713 part I & II of 1980 designated as 410 SP31 panted in 1.5 m deep pole in the existing 1/6 th of the pole height deep pit to be dug for the purpose, welded with (300x300x6) mm base plate.The pole shall be provided with suitable clamps for fixing the cross arms/ M.S. channels including the making steel pole collar with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including formwork, plastering if required, curing etc. as required complete specification circular or rectangular.
