Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm. thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts, etc., including levelling the site complete complying with standard specifications and as directed .

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for foundation

RANDOM RUBBLE MASONRY in cement mortor 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using new stones including necessary provision of bond stones from approved quarry including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling sand

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) using country bricks of size 8-¾"×4-¼"×2-¾" in Basement and in Ground floor including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting, curing, etc., complete in all respects.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports for all reinforced cement concrete works like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3M high using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm × 60cm and B.G. 10, stiffened with Mild steel Angles of size 25mm × 25mm × 3mm laid over Silver oak (cw) joists of size 10cm × 6.5cm (Spaced about 91cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (Spaced at 75cm c/c) as noted below including removing the same after specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers complying with relevant standard specifications

Fabricating and placing the steel grills for reinforcement for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One of cement, one and a half of sand and three of hard broken granite stones) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stones for all reinforced cement concrete works viz. Raft slabs, raft beams, column footing, plinth beam, lintel, square or circular columns, T, L, or rectangular beam , floor, roof or waist slab, drop cum parapet wall, loft, sun shade and other similar works excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcement grills in position, shuttering, centering but including laying, vibrating, curing, finishing and providing Mild steel fan hooks in the RCC slab wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete in all respects.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23cm × 23cm × 2cm (Madras) with cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) mixed with water proofing compound and pointed with the same oiled mortar, curing etc., complete in all respects

Paving the floor with scratch proof First quality, design ceramic tiles of all colours and any make in cement mortar 1:2, 20mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The ceramic tiles should be got approved from the departmental officers before execution.

Providing granolithic pattern flooring 25mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 (One of cement, two of sand and four of hard broken granite chips) using hard broken granite stone jelly of size 10mm to 12mm and surface rendered smooth including supplying and fixing of 20mm Ø GI pipe as outlet, curing, finishing, etc., complete in all respects

Dadooing the walls with First quality colour glazed tiles with printed design and any size laid in cement mortar 1:2, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement 0.40Kg/Sqm mixed with colouring pigments etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers

Special RCC surface plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of sand) 10mm thick including finishing smooth, proper setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of sand) 12mm thick including finishing smooth, scaffolding, setting, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Oil Distempering two coats using best Oil Distemper including cost of Oil Distemper scaffolding charges etc., complete with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Painting the walls and ceiling two coats with approved emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete in all respects

Painting with enamel paint two coats over Mild steel doors and windows including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, preparing the surface, curing etc., complete in all respects

Towards Supply and filling of 20mm Brick Jelly For Filling soakage pit including all cost of materials and labour cherges etc complete
