The Vertical members should be welded at bottom with existing MS railing or embeded in ground as per site requirement . The adjacent iron frame should be welded to each other. The rate further includes cost of cutting, Straightening, fabrication, welding, drilling holes, fixing of frame at site etc. including the cost of painting with 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade (of duly approved brand) over one coat of steel primer complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
