01. Periodic Renewal of Black Topping to L-047 -Keelaiyur to Mankudi Road KM 0/0-4/821 in Keelaiyur Block

Advance BT patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site including cost and conveyance of metal from approved Quarry, labour charges for tamping to required level, line and grade etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Advance BT patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site including cost and conveyance of metal from approved Quarry, labour charges for tamping to required level, line and grade etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Applying Tack coat using 2.00-2.50kgs of 10sqm over the BT surfaces including cost of bitumin emulsion supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual work spot handling charges for brushing cleaning and including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying to actual work spot handling charges for brushing cleaning and to tackcoat and labour for applying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including the hire charges and fuel charges for tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc. complete as per standard specification 503(MoRD)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H speciications clause 507 complete in all respects
