Material and labour for Repairs to potholes not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-10), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm of paving bitumen (VG-30), blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed, depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm. Note as per MORTH Specification: (i) Loose material and standing water shall be brushed from the area to be repaired. (ii) Potholes shall be cut to vertical sides and deepened to reach sound material . (iii) Fill the patch with the granular mix in layers of about 75mm at a time. Each layer shall be compacted with hand rammers or with small vibratory compactors. The patch shall be compacted to the correct shape. (iv)100% quantity of Pot holes shall be marked and checked by Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work and shall also be entered in MB with reference to permanent objects before starting carpeting work. (v) Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to be including of supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings

Material and labour for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air pressure through air jet using air compressor to remove all the loose dirt etc. including removing the mud etc. to a distance minimum 1.5 mtrs from edge of road and applying evenly a tack coat of bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm of road surface by sprayer operated hot pressure mechanism including supplying, laying, spreading 25 mm consolidated thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete grading 2, maximum aggregate size 9.5 mm, with job mix formula using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 5.0% binder content by weight of total mix using mechanical paver for levelling within the specified tolerance as specified in SSR Part-I, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient with power roller for uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 5.0% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 5.0% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per job mix formula works out less than 5.0%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Supplying, laying and spreading upto 75mm thick or less ( consolidated thickness) premix bituminous macadam (BM) filling in depression grade 2 (using 19.2 mm graded stone aggregate) in single layer with using mechanical paver using paving bitumen (VG-30) @ 3.4 % by weight of total mix with job mix formula, laid / rolled and compacted/ consolidated to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to a uniform smooth surface etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The job mix formula shall be approved by GE. (ii) 3.4% binder content has been specified for quoting purpose of bid. If the quantity of the bitumen exceeds the 3.4% as mentioned above, no plus price adjustment shall be made. If the quantity of bitumen required as per job mix formula works out less than 3.4%, the recovery of the supply only bitumen shall be effected @ Rs. 50/- per Kg. The cost of transportation of material and testing charges shall be borne by the contractor. (iii) Contractor shall intimate the planned date of incorporation of mix in advance to GE. Premix will be approved in writing by Rep of Accepting Officer at plant site before incorporation of the same in the work

Material & Labour for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of thermoplastic paint applied Min 6 Kgs /Sqm on new surfaces or previously treated road surfaces with hot applied reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White / Golden yellow) conforming to MORT&H (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% Type 1 glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160˚ C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.. Note: Thermoplastic paint should be applied Minimum 6Kg/Sqm

Supply and fixing two way (dual direction) reflective road cat eye of plastic body as approved by GE of approx dimensions 100mm x 110mm x 20 mm with red / amber / white reflective panels and fixing the same on road surface by applying approximately 100 gm Epoxy mixture and placing the cat eye without applying excessive pressure and additional fixed with 12 mm dia and 120 mm long zinc plated steel nail at the centre of cat eye complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing solar road stud having 3 LED as approved by GE of colour Red/Yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm or 120mm x 130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy, LEDs solar cells battery & light sensor well protected inside under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top system, workable for 2-3 days (night) after full charge in 8 to 10 Hrs. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing Dual direction delineator on powder coated Steel Pipe of 900 to 1000 mm height with two Nos. high performance 100mm dia reflectors and two rectangular reflectors of 70mm x 23mm are fixed on both sides of guide post . Reflector are positioned at the best eye guiding level and fixing in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 300mm x 300mm x 350mm deep including excavation and earth work in any strata complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: - The rate of cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 300mm x 300mm x 350mm including excavation and earth work is included in the this item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete finished even & rough complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid over sand cushioning including watering and consoilsated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Labour element for interlocking paver block laid over sand cushioning including watering and consoilsated is included in this item and sand shall be measured and paid under serial item no.12.00 of Schedule'A' BoQ as supply only and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for factory made Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade laid over sand cushioning including watering and consoilsated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Labour element for interlocking paver block laid over sand cushioning including watering and consoilsated is included in this item and sand shall be measured and paid under serial item no.12.00 of Schedule'A' BoQ as supply only and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply only Sand as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, packing around interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and and as didrected by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour factory made precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in kerb stone, quion block, apex stones etc, set in cement mortar (1:4) including formwork weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating kerb stone all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earthwork is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or previously untreated concrete surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in different tints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing for Convex Mirror of 1000mm dia made from long life poly carbonate with strong impact resistant and shattler proof fitted with a sun shield or protective hood of colour as approved by GE and 75 mm dia MS pipe duly painted of approved colour of suitable length as directed including fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm deep including excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: The rate of cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with size of block 450mm x 450mm x 600mm and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
