Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 20mm dia rigid non metallic PVC and conduit accessories concealed/ roof/wall all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 415 volts 10 KA 50 HZ C curve completeall as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB TP 16amps to 32 Amps 415 volts 10 KA 50 HZ, C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB FP 63 Amps 415 volts 10 KA 50 HZ C curve complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip 25x4mm and GI protection pipe 15mm dia and light grade connected to and including by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of GI as shown plate no 3 of SSR part 1 to the extent applicable to this item including necessary excavation earth work , PCC 1;3;6 chamber RCC 1;2;4 cover 50mm tick with 6mm TMT bar 100mm center to center watering pipe medium grade 20mm boe funnel wire mesh etc. and testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix DC MCB DP 63 amps, 10KA capacity complete all as directed. Make: Legrand Cat No. 4088321 or Havells Cat No. DHMGEDPF0060022 or Siemens Cat No. GIGRN4377 or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

Supply and fix and connecting up ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep complete with cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to fan, including writing MES No 2cm height with synthetic enamel black paint complete all as specified and as directed . Make: Havells rated 5 star type ES 50 Premium or its equivalent make as per Annexure.

AIRCONDITIONING : Supply and install Vertical type AC units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit scroll compressor three phase, 415Volts, 50Hz of capacity 4.5 tons complete all as directed. Note:- The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for cost of copper tubing of size 19.05mm(3/4") for suction and 12.7mm(1/2") for liquid tube and 5 core 2.5Sqmm multistranded copper wire between indoor and out door unit all as directed.
