Renovation, modification, development, and beautification of main entrance gate, space outside front compound wall, security office, and allied works at Central Workshop under CWS Tadali

SCHEDULE-B (Items from/ based on Standard Schedule of Rates): Item no. 1.01 to 1.81

Cutting/ uprooting & clearing rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, brush-wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm (measured at a height of 1 mtr above ground level), removal of stumps of trees cut/ fell earlier, and stacking of serviceable & unserviceable materials at separate designated places within a lead of 100 metres, as per instructions of WCL. Wherever the work is not feasible through mechanical means, or working by mechanical means is likely to cause damages to nearby buildings, structures, boundary walls, fencings, pipelines, cables, etc., the work is to be done through manual means. Each worker must be equipped with the required safety gear/ accessories (gum-boots, hand gloves, face masks (if required), raincoats (if required as per weather), etc.). The cost is including all leads & lifts; cost of hydraulic excavator/ dozer, other equipment/ tools (gardening scissors, axe, phawda, ghamela, etc.), operators & other workers, fuel, carriage/ transportation cost, & safety gear/ accessories for the workers, etc. all complete.

Trimming/ pruning branches of some trees through manual means using chain-saw machine, and stacking of serviceable & unserviceable materials at separate designated places within a distance of 100 metres. The contractor is required to provide one suitable & experienced wood-cutter person per day, as & when directed, for this job. Each worker must be equipped with the required safety gear/ accessories (helmet, safety shoes, safety harness, hand gloves, etc.). The cost is inclusive of labour, equipment/ tools (chain-saw machine, ladder, etc.), safety gear/ accessories for the workers, all leads & lifts, etc. all complete. If chain-saw machine deployed is not in working condition, then no measurement shall be made for item.

Providing & fixing Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) inner-cutting acrylic sign board with the following specifications: (i) Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) sheet thickness – 4 mm; (ii) Thickness of acrylic sheet for letters – 3 mm; (iii) Language – English or Hindi or Marathi or a mix of them; (iv) LED lights (including their wiring) inside the board for glow; (v) Colour of ACP sheet, acrylic sheet, & LED lights shall be as directed by WCL; (vi) The board & the wiring should be weather-proof & water-proof; and (vii) Bugs such as mosquitoes, flies, etc. should not be able to enter the board. The text to be written shall be as directed by WCL and it may include logo(s) also. The rate is inclusive of the cost of material, transportation, scaffolding, wiring, consumables, labour, etc. all complete.

Providing & fixing acrylic 3D letters with the following specifications: (i) Acrylic sheet thickness – 3 mm; (ii) Thickness of letters – 65 mm; (iii) Language – English or Hindi or Marathi or a mix of them; (iv) LED lights (including their wiring) inside the letters for glow; (v) Colour of acrylic sheets & LED lights shall be as directed by WCL; (vi) All the letters & wiring should be weather-proof & water-proof; and (vii) Bugs such as mosquitoes, flies, etc. should not be able to enter the letters. The text to be written shall be as directed by WCL and it may include logo(s) also. Fixing shall be done on aluminium composite panels, brick work, RCC work, granite, etc. The fixing is to be done upto a height of 6 mtrs. The rate is inclusive of the cost of material, transportation, scaffolding, structural items (for maxing the box structure for the board), consumables, labour, etc. all complete.

Providing & fixing 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) cladding on gates or outer walls, with the following specifications: (i) Total thickness of ACP sheet – 4 mm; (ii) Thickness of aluminium layers – 0.5 mm each; (iii) Colour shall be as directed by WCL; and (vi) The ACP sheets and the joints should be weather-proof & water-proof. The fixing is to be done upto a height of 6 mtrs. The rate is inclusive of the cost of material, transportation, scaffolding, structural items (as required), consumables, labour, etc. all complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the directions of the department. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With textured/ frosted/ milky glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing and fixing textured/ frosted/ milky glasses in aluminium windows or ventilators with opening & closing arrangement, including cost of accessories, etc. complete, except cost of aluminium work (which shall be paid in basic item): With textured/ frosted/ milky glass louvers of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows or doors: Stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauze of 0.5 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides.

Providing & fixing heavy duty brass sprinklers with 360 degree adjustable rotation, range approx 6 mtrs (radius).
