Surface dressing of the ground, including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m.

Earth work in excavation in foundation and trenches in soils containing 50% or more of shingle or small size boulders upto 30 cm size, lift upto 1.50 m and stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 m clear from the edge of the excavation and returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required, into plinth, sides of foundation etc consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring an shuttering in: (a) Foundations and plinth

Reinforced concrete work in foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete excluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement in : (a) M20 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforcement cement concrete work in columns, pillars,post and struts etc up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but exluding cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement. b) M20 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in lintels, beams and bresumers up to floor two level including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface but excluding cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. (a) M20 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete work in stair cases (excluding landing) except spiral cases including finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6 mm to give a smooth and even surface, preparing of the top surface and finishing, nosing upto floor two level but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering and reinforcement with M20 (1cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Reinforced cement concrete in retaining wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets etc from top of foundation up to floor two level excluding cost of centring,shuttering and reinforcement in : (b) M15 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for : a) Foundation, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

b) Column, pillars, posts and struts etc.

c) Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers etc.

d) Stairs (excluding landings) except spiral stair cases.

e) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.
