Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and as directed.

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materils (soil) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper pipe electrode earthing maintenance free earthing based on 3 mtr long copper pipe 18 mm dia(ID) with wall thickness of 2 mm, copper strip in pipe and filled with MFC for improvement of conductivity of electrode duly fixed with connector at top connection of copper strip 25X3 mm riveted /nut bolt after 12 mm boring and further earth continuity conductor made of copper strip 25x3 mm upto 7.5 meter , 60 KGS BFC shall be filled around the copper pipe elecrode ,including providing FRP pit cover of size 250mm X 250mm X 250mm complete as per manufacturer specification and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Rate included for testing, commisioning including checking of earth continuity and earth result complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Vendors are bound to get earthing result upto 1 Ohm with grid of three earthings and 2 Ohm with grid of two earthing, 3 Ohm with single earthing, Any additional work and material required to achieve the required result in included in the cost. (iii) Earth strip beyong 7.5m shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Rate is included for boring of earthing in any type of soil/rock, minimum dia of bore 150mm. (v) Continuity of good earth resistance shall maintained upto 1 year and testing will be carried out monthly by MES authority. Make of Earthing electrode and BFC. Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip of 32x6mm (up to 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shwon in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part 1 including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS bar 8mm dia 150mm c/c reingorcement, watering funnel 15mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20mm dia for watering all as speicified and directed and tested on completion.

S & F copper earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32x6 mm fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for earthing etc. as required complete all as directed.

Note : An amount of Rs 29,300/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
