Louvers shall be architectural blade Louver Type with visible vertical mullions. Louvers shall be 1-1/2-inches (38.1 mm) deep and assembled entirely from aluminum components with powder coat finish. Blades shall be 0.050-inch (1.27 mm) thick aluminum and frames shall be 0.063-inch (1.6 mm) thick aluminum. Blades shall be stationary, horizontal and spaced 3/4-inches (19.1 mm) on center.
Supply and Fixing of rigid Louvers- Extruded aluminium sections and Aluminium metal with powder coat finish (incl frames, etc complete. Louvres are supplied either mounted on concealed extruded aluminium mullions for a continuous appearance or as individual framed panels, and can form an architectural feature of a building and Blades, mullions and clips are extruded aluminium grade 6063 or equivalent, Trims and flashings are either extruded aluminium grade 6063 T6 to BS 1474 or equivalent, depending on installation details.Fixings are stainless steel.Blade angle is 45 for all types. Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontal side & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet ( Zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) suitable for mounting 120 min Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. Crack repairing in wall - Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystalline mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength ClassR3 > 1.5 MPa. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.22.25.1 For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat including touch up with cement mortar , paint, putty etc complete as instructed by Engineer.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done in case of overlap.
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, for specialized works instructed by the Engineer and at all levels.
