Louvers shall be architectural blade Louver Type with visible vertical mullions. Louvers shall be 1-1/2-inches (38.1 mm) deep and assembled entirely from aluminum components with powder coat finish. Blades shall be 0.050-inch (1.27 mm) thick aluminum and frames shall be 0.063-inch (1.6 mm) thick aluminum. Blades shall be stationary, horizontal and spaced 3/4-inches (19.1 mm) on center.

Supply and Fixing of rigid Louvers- Extruded aluminium sections and Aluminium metal with powder coat finish (incl frames, etc complete. Louvres are supplied either mounted on concealed extruded aluminium mullions for a continuous appearance or as individual framed panels, and can form an architectural feature of a building and Blades, mullions and clips are extruded aluminium grade 6063 or equivalent, Trims and flashings are either extruded aluminium grade 6063 T6 to BS 1474 or equivalent, depending on installation details.Fixings are stainless steel.Blade angle is 45 for all types. Sections (for mullion, blades, etc) is according to wind loading, span and opening detail. Work include drilling/coring on RCC, packing with cement mortar, welding and all complete.,

Dwall / RCC cutting with wire sawing rope system including required drilling/coring, demolition of concrete, lifting and safe disposal of debris/concrete waste.Scope includes mobilization of equipment , lead , lifting,labour, power , demobilization etc., complete.,

Supply and Installation of GI Grating - Grating shall be hot dip galvanized/electro forged with coating thickness averaged at 85 Microns - Frame bar, load bar and cross bars shall be conforming to IS 2062 Gr A (made of flats; not round/bars) and pre fabricated. Only pre-galvanized grating plates to be mobilized at site for erection. Price shall be inclusive of cutting, bending, fabrication, galvanization, fixing, welding, toe plates (if required), fixing of grating on structural supports, labour, machines, transport, testing, etc complete. Site installation shall be limited to fixing of grating units to structural supports only and shall not involve any cutting/modification of such grating units.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 120 min Fire Rating confirming to IS:3614 (Part II) or EN1634-1:1999, tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, top rail & side rail 60 mm x 60 mm wide and bottom rail of 110 mm x 60 mm made out of 1.6mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) duly filled mineral wool insulation having density min 96 kg/m³ and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of size 100x89x3mm of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer or powder coating not less than 30 micron etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (door frame to be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontal side & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mm thick GI sheet ( Zinc coating not less than 120gm/m²) suitable for mounting 120 min Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. The frame shall be filled with Mineral wool Insulation having density min 96Kg/m³ . The frame will have a provision of G.I. Anchor fastners 14 nos ( 5 each on vertical style & 4 on horizontal style of size M10 x 80 ) suitable for fixing in the opening along with Factory made Template for SS Ball Bearing Hinges of Size 100x89x3mm for fixing of fire rated glazed shutter . The frame shall be finished with a approved fire resistant primer or Powder coating of not less than 30 micron in desired shade as per the directions of Engineer - in- charge . Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - Screed concrete or M20 equivalent as instructed by Engineer.

Crack repairing in wall - Providing and applying crystalline mortar by mixing in the ratio of 4.5 : 1 (4.5 parts crystalline mortar : 1 part water) for the treatment of faulty construction joints, cracks, tie rod holes and spalled & honeycombed surface of RCC underground structures like basement, water tanks, bridge deck etc. to ensure water tightness. The crystalline mortar shall conform to the EN 1504-3 having compressive strength Class R4 > 45 MPa and adhesive bond strength ClassR3 > 1.5 MPa. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.22.25.1 For sealing cracks and faulty construction joints, routed out/making U-shape groove size 25x25mm and then primed the area with integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre and while the surface is tacky filled the groove upto surface with crystalline mortar @1.50kg/running metre. Once crystalline mortar is touch dry then finally applied two coats of integral crystalline slurry @0.05kg/running metre per coat including touch up with cement mortar , paint, putty etc complete as instructed by Engineer.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding of approved make, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc.The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation.The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete including Base aluminium frame work for ACP cladding , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sealant filling of gap between PSD and platform floor,SS beading, glass etc.to achieve fire rated sealing of joints/ gap , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified wall tiles in different sizes , with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete as per Engineer instruction.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building with roughening where required all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid after preparation of surface with chipping/ mortar filling as necessary and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.( shade matching to existing design,colour and pattern)

Dismantling & disposal of stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including core cutting, welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab or wall with suitable arrangement ( size & spacing)as per approval of Engineer-in-charge as new work or modification to existing work.

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks manufactured as per IS 2185 (Part I -1979) from approved manufacturer , for required dimensions, atleast M-10 grade, for blockwork at all levels. Rate shall include required Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), labour, tools and tackles, etc complete for the blockwork including provision of cutouts/openings, provisions for conduits, concealed utilities as applicable.

Steel work ( M.S) welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position (including coring/drilling, packing , etc ) and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer followed by two coats of enamel paint of approved shade.

Laying Polished Granite stone in flooring, lintels, etc in required design and patterns matching to existing finish, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings and over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , edge moulding, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Realignment / fixing of tiled false ceiling of Employer's materials of size 600x600mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and size, aligning to the existing level / height and if necessary touch up work with cement mortar and paint to be done as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing corrugated Galvanized steel sheet for partitions (minimum 0.8 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m2) including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and supplying aluminium extruded tubular and other aluminium sections as per the architectural drawings and approved shop drawings , the aluminium quality as per grade 6063 T5 or T6 as per BS 1474,including super durable powder coating of 60-80 microns conforming to AAMA 2604 of required colour and shade as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. ( The item includes cost of material such as cleats, sleeves, screws etc. necessary for fabrication of extruded aluminium frame work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account). The weight of aluminium extruded section shall be taken for purpose of payment.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. Note: - This item to be used for work judicially, necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done in case of overlap.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, for specialized works instructed by the Engineer and at all levels.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): with 12mm toughened glass/planilacque glass/equivalent with fire rating.

Removal of steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all grills,grating, gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering, handed over and stacking at location identified by Engineer-in-charge.
