Material & Labour for carrying out 'B'- check to 320 KVA generator set of KIrloskar make once in a period six months or 250 hrs of run whichever is earlier by authorized / OEM including replacement of Engine oil, oil filter fuel filter "O" ring, tappet valve adjustment replacing the tappet gasket water leakage rectification and testing commissioning recommended by OEM for smooth running, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Engine oil, fuel filter and oil filter shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Dismantling of existing defective Alternator any capacity any make from the foundation, disconnecting the electric connection, coupling pulley, and taking out to work shop cutting down and removing existing burnt out copper windings, cleaning of slots and rewinding with super enamelled solid copper conductor ( winding wire) complete including varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection and testing of Alternator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for taking up / laying under ground electric cable or for pole etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Mechanical excavation is not allowed in this Stn only manual excavation allowed.

Returning and filling in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtain from excavated soil upto depth of 30 cm (8 cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite partricles etc as per IS 1255 1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Removing surplus soils to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying Bricks, sub class 'B' old size bricks, laid flat dry with width of the bricks laid to the axis of the cable all complete as specified and as directed.
