Renovation of APFC panel by following works. Dismantling of defective capacitor units from the APFC panel after suitably discharging the left-over charge on capacitors to ensure safety of the working persons along with dismantling of APFC relay, indications lights, meters, A/M switches, MCBs including dismantling of terminations and existing hardware and rusted parts and various other items requiring change in the panel as required at site
Supply of Super heavy duty capacitor units of various capacities, rated at 440V, 3 phase, 50 Hz system complete with terminal cover, cable end entry, mounting structure and hardware etc. Make STANDARD
Banking of capacitor units to form banks of suitable rating by electrical interconnection using aluminium bus bars or copper multistrand cables with lugs, tapes etc. to form banks as per requirement of various capacitor banks
Supply of capacitor duty contactors for 20 KVAr capacitor for replacement of defective contactors of APFC panels. Make Standard.
Supply of Microprocessor based APFC relay to replace defective APFC relay with digital display of power factor and other parameters to sense power factor through control CT and give phased impulses to contactor coils for switching ON-OFF required number of capacitors as per requirement to achieve target power factor- make STANDARD
Supply of triple pole MCCB of 200 A capacity for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank - make Standard
Supply of Spreader terminal for 200A triple pole MCCBs for connection with bus bars-make Standard
Supply of triple pole MCCB of 125 A capacity for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank - make Standard
Supply of Spreader terminal for 125A, triple pole MCCBs for connection with bus bars. make Standard
Supply of triple pole MCCB of 32 A capacity for operation and safety of individual capacitor bank - make standard
Supply of LED indication lights of various colours to replace defective/burnt out lights make -standard
Power wiring with 10 sq. mm for connection between capacitors and bus bar with copper lugs and necessary hardware etc. as required at site.
Installation of all above components in the existing capacitor banks with suitable fabrication work to accommodate new items in the existing enclosure / structure for alignment of components and ease of termination complete with hardware on the mounting structure and termination of existing cables with lugs, tapes etc. complete with earthing of the capacitor banks, touching the rusted parts of the structure with paint for protection from moisture etc. as required at site.
Servicing of APFC panels including complete dusting of the panel, cleaning of contact points, Decarbonising of joints, alignment of doors, checking of all nuts & bolts control circuit and power circuit wiring dressing and renovation of control and power terminations with lugs tapes etc. as required at site.
Testing & commissioning of complete APFC Panel installation including following: 01. Meggering of complete capacitor installation using 500V megger 02. Continuity test for checking continuity of all circuits 03. Programming of APFC relay for target power factor 04. Monitoring of Power Factor as per specified parameters
Renovation of fixed capacitors bank of motors by following works. Checking of capacitors and dismantling of defective capacitors from static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wirings, hardware, as required at site
Supply of TP aluminium bus bars and links complete with mounting insulators, PVC heat shrinkable covering sleeves in red blue and green colour as per standard practice and necessary hardware as required.
Complete power wiring for electrical interconnection of capacitor banks and MCCBs with multistrand copper wire of various capacities using lugs, tapes, cleats etc. as required and dressing of the wires with ties to hold the same in place for neatness and safety of the equipment as required

Repair of static capacitors of transformer - 2 Nos by following works. Checking of capacitors and dismantling of defective capacitors from static capacitor banks including dismantling of terminations, wiring, hardware, as required at site.
Supply of Super Heavy duty capacitors of various capacities rated at 440V, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC complete with terminal cover and discharge device for replacement of defective capacitors -Make Standard
