Repair to Police Station Tikiri Building at Kashipur for the year 2025-26 in the district of Rayagada

Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and cess required for the work and etc. complete in all respect and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite crusher broken metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes of all the materials required for the work with all labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2) and removing the debriswithin 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentaling and removing 2.5 Cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing and debris with in 50mtr lead including cost of all labour with T&P,Cess required for the work etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 2.5Cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard broken granite chips including cost conveyance of all materials, labour T&P, Cess etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Vitrified tiles in floors, treads of steps and landing on 20mm th bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, conveyance, taxes & labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, with cost, conveyance of all materials & labour T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materialslabour T&P & Cess etc complete as per direction of EIC.

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved shade over a coat of chalk wash including cost of distemper with conveyance of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls Weather coat of approved shade on two coats to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling G.C.I. or A.C. sheet roofing after careful removing the bolts and nuts including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debries within 50m. lead away from work site including cost of all labour with T & P Cess required for the work as per direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting & fixing of G.C.I sheet in roof including drilling holes in wind ties fixing on ridges valleys wind tiles etc. complete in all respect including cost, conveyance,of all materials, labour,with T & P,Cess< required for the work.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality with frame, shutters and all fittings and fixtures etc complete including cost, conveyance, taxes, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, Fitting & fixingof 32mm (5/4) thick piasal wood or local teak wood fully glazed shutters complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats etc fitted and fixed in position including cost,conveyanceof all materialslabour charges, with T & P,Cess required for the work but excluding the cost of glass panels and iron fittings etc complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked 35 mm thick flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak three ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters of approved design including cost of all door fittings and fixtures etc. complete

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. wondow grils and MS gates as per aprroved design for door / window including all cess, cost of materials as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to wood work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
