Demolition of Cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removing demolished material exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified.

M&L for Cleaning the concerned RCC surface by means of wire brush to expose the concrete surface which should be free from all loose particles, dust, laitance, etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Making corner fillets with Polymer modified cementitious (PMC) mortar (PMC:C:M :: 1:2:4 by weight) at all joints of horizontal and vertical surface and doing bore packing with PMC mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for the joints of pipes and concrete/masonry are to be sealed with epoxy putty or epoxy mortar (PMC:C :: 1:2 by weight) and the same is semi-rounded upto 5mm above surface level all along the periphery of PVC pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of one coat of Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious (APMC) slurry (APMC:C :: 1:2 by weight) coating over the RCC slab surface and carried upto finished floor level on vertical portion (walls) complete all as specified and directed. (Note : This coat is allowed to get dry for 4-6 hours.)

M&L for application of one coat of Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious topping rendering (APMC:C:M :: 1:2:2) 1-1.5mm thick over the first coat Acrylic Polymer Modified Cementitious complete all as specified and directed. (Note : This coat is cured for 48 hours.)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface, finishing even and smooth using extra cement incl Integral Waterproofing Compound (0.2 % or 100 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm graded brick coarse aggregate as in sunken floors etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses etc and similar work including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved by GE 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane comprising of the following for Non approachable roofs:- (i) Cleaning and sweeping and washing down with water to remove all dust etc from plastered roof surfaces / walls and filling of crack with sealing compound etc (ii) Bituminous based primer conforming to IS: 3384 – 1965 at 0.3 KG par Sq M (iii) One layer of super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane with non polyester reinforcement of any make.( M/s STP texsa ltd/Hyperplas memberane of M/S IWL India ltd/MS STP and Tikki Tar ltd). (iv) 3mm thick and minimum Weight @3.50Kg/Sqm, laid with gas torch and pasted on roof surfaces with roller. The over laps shall be sealed by flame including vertical surface after cutting necessary grooves and making good with PCC gola 1:2:4 type B-1 etc adhere to bitumen all as per manufactures instructions. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint @ 0.20 Kg / Sqm in two coats over bitumen layer as per manufacturer instruction . (application including sides lap, over laps shall be provided not less than 10 cm and loint seal with torch as per manufacturer's instructions specification and as per particular specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on external surfaces of walls & top surfaces of chajja / roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by the weight of cement surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
