Lumpsum price worked out by the contractor against Schedule 'A' Part-I (Building) for Design, development of structural design and construction of LPG Shed alongwith Office Room for Sup PT ASC Raipur complete in all respect as per architectural drawings, Schedule of finishes, relevant TD drawings, Design Basis Report and specifications complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Sch 'A' Part-II (Internal Electric Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Internal Electric Supply' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-III (External Electric Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'External Electric Supply' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-III against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-IV (External Water Supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'External Water Supply' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-IV against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Item No 01 : M&L for Mastic flooring Gdel for LPG Godown, 20mm thick conforming to IS-5317:2000 and IS-1195;1978 with 14% binder content by weight of total mix,prepared by using Mastic Cooker with Paving Grade Bitumen and using filler material as Lime Stone Powder, laid at required slope in panels of 1m width and providing anti-skid surface with Bitumen Pre-Coated Fine-Grained Hard Stone Chipping of 20 mm nominal size as directed at the rate of 0.005 Cum per 10 Sqm at an approximate spacing of 100 mm C/C in both directions pressed into surface when the temperature of surface is not less than 100°C, protruding 2 mm to 5 mm over mastic surface as per Clause 515 of MORTH, consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required level gradient, camber and super-elevation complete all as specified and directed.
