Excavation with mechanical/Manual means in all types of soil, including shoring and strutting, bailing out water/pumping off water if required, removing and stacking or Disposing simultaneously the excavated soil anywhere within the ACTREC Campus and/or spreading soils in layers for site development and backfilling the same after completion of chamber work. All complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-incharge. Only the planned area as per the drawing will be measured. Only plan area of Rubble soling shall be measured with depth.1.8 mtr x 4.2 mtr x 0.6 mtr

Making DG Set foundation (1.8 x 4.2 x 0.6) m in size with necessary excavation in ground with 100 mm. thick M- 20 PCC at the bottom and top and 250 mm. thick, burnt brick wall constructed at periphery and remaining hollow portion shall be filled with M-20 grade Ready Mix cement concrete.External surface duly plastered by 12 mm thick including watering etc complete. 1.6 mtr x 4 mtr x 0.7 Mtr

Shifting of DG set within campus by hydra.

LT Cable end termination including glanding , lugging, ferruling , tagging with required fixing accessories at Alternator bus bar , AMF Panel and LT panel side

Providing & fixing at site earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick with 2 nos copper strips 25 x 3 mm from base including test link including accessories, and providing water proof masonry both inside & outside plastered enclosure with CI air tight 600 x 600 cover plate having locking arrangement and min 40 mm Dia watering pipe of 2.7 metre long with funnel, standard display board etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required complete as per IS 3043. The min Qty of common salt, charcoal shall be 60 kg each along with salt like copper sulphate, Cacl & Bentonite.

Supplying and laying 25 x 3 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm) for neutral earthing

Interconnection of new D.G. Set AMF panel with Existing Emergency Panel , testing and control checking.

Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 3½ core 70 sq. mm. aluminium conductor with continuous 8.35 sq. mm. (10 SWG) G.I. earth wire complete erected on wall/ trusses/pole or laid in provided trench/ pipe

Servicing of 82.5 KVA DG Set with replacement of lube oil, filters etc compelete as required for commissioing of gen set.

Battery Servicing

Manufacture, supply and commissioning of AMF Panel for 82.5 KVA DG with Auto Transfer Contactors and CT's. Encapsulated in CRCA wall mounting panel duly powder coated. Cable Entry from bottom. Auto Transfer controller for Under voltage, over current and phase absent/change trip facility included.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of distribution panel having 1 no. 125A, 433V, 50 KA, TPN MCCB with 3 nos . 125/5A metering CT's, MFM(EM6436) with RS 485 connection, R-Y-B, ON,OFF,TRIP indication lamp, 6A MCB's, neutral links, etc. and Outgoing feeders : 63A TPN MCB -6 Nos. & 32A TPN MCB - 4 Nos.

Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 4cx6 sq. mm. copper conductor complete erected on wall/ trusses,etc.

Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 4cx10 sq. mm. copper conductor complete erected on wall/ trusses,etc.

Supplying, erecting & terminating XLPE armoured cable 4cx16 sq. mm. copper conductor complete erected on wall/ trusses,etc.

Supplying & fixing of Cable Glands & copper lugs with heavy duty flange type brass cable glands for end jointing of various sizes for PVC XLPE armoured cable with brass washers, rubber rings complete with cable ends & leads connected, with gland double earthing up to 4cx16sqmm cable.
