FIRE ALARM /SPRINKLER SYSTEM :

Repair/ maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of main fire hydrant centifugal pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 75 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area, mounted on a common base frame. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, greasing and oiling of damaged bearings if any, servicing of motor and pump, alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition as specified by the engineer-in-charge. Note-Replacement of major parts like casing,impeller will be measured and paid separately.

Repair/maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electrically driven jockey pump by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted electrically driven three phase induction motor of capacity 15 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area ,mounted on a common base frame.Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, greasing and oiling of damaged bearings if any and complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump,alignment and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition as specified by the engineer-in-charge. Note-Replacement of major parts like casing,impeller will be measured and paid separately.

Repair /maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of fire pump diesel engine driven centrifugal type by disconnecting the pump (make- Kirloskar) from horizontally mounted DG Set of capacity 84 HP located at fire fighting room near Auditorium and UGBO in technical area, mounted on heavy duty mild steel plate. Servicing includes complete repair,oiling and greasing of shafts, coupling, casing and impeller, bearings and installing it in pre existing serviceable condition all as specified by engineer-in-charge. Note-Replacement of major parts like casing,impeller will be measured and paid separately.

Servicing of Diesel engine driven pump set capacity 70 KVA/84 HP installed at Fire fighting section at Auditorium and UGBO at 23 Wing AF including carrying out maintenance check alongwith following repairs: (a) Drain out the lubricating oil from sump and refilling after proper cleaning.( Engine oil will be provided by department if required.) (b) Replace engine oil filter catridge with new one. (c) Renew fuel filter catridge with new one. (d) Check tightness of all nuts and bolts. (e) Check adjustment of V belt for driving engine water pump and alternator. (f) Assembling complete old serviceable parts and replacement of old unserviceable parts by new ones as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (g) Testing of Disel operated pump set after servicing to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Cleaning of air cleaner filter and renew after period of hrs run as specified by manfacturers manual. Note:- (i). Any minor parts such as screws, washers, split pins, clips etc shall be supplied by the contractor and rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (ii) The job shall be carried out minimum twice during the contract period or more than two times during the entire contract period if required. (iii) Any minor parts like nuts/bolts/screws.etc.required to be replaced during servicing of engine shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Complete setting of Fire Alarm/sprinkler control panel setting ,repair of unserviceable fire alarm at various locations in station (Map quarters (B-1,B-2,B-3,B-4,B-5,S+5,JCO-1,JCO-2),UGBO,Auditorium,SRE, 3003 SQN,725SU,256 SU,ATC,ALT ATC,I-LEVEL,130 HU,172 SU,MRB SIGNAL etc),checking of control panel for any defect once in a month in prescence of MES Rep,user and contractor and servicing once every month and during breakdown change of PCBs if required,proper checking of electronic circuit and maintaining its records in record register every month complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note-Contractor will have to attend the breakdown complaints of fire alarm control panel of different locations informed telephonically or verbally by JE in charge for entire contract period and have to ensure MACP is functional 24x7 on all days.

S&F in repair Zone card for conventional/Adressable fire alarm control panel upto 12 zones, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Detectors Complying with and type certified to EN - 45 Addressable type smoke detector Photoelectric /Optical with base with self built intelligence as per IS: 11360 etc complete as required and as per specification all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair Fire Alarm Sounders / Sirens Electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of +5 DB,500 mtrs range complete as required as suitable for wall/ceiling mounting and as per specification.

S&F in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of bore dia 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of bore dia 25mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair stainless steel single headed fire hydrant valve of 63mm dia with ISI marked IS- 5290 with spindle CI controlled wheel female instantaneous outlet 80mm dia (single headed) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair swinging type hose reel drum as per IS- 884 made out of 16 guage MS sheet with 3/4" bore dia x 30m length rubber hose connected with shut off nozzle isolating valve all complete with MS brackets for holding hose reel drum fitted in position with wall fastner in approved manner complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15 mtr long RRL hose pipe ISI marked (IS-636 - 1988 type A) 63mm dia with SS instantaneous brass male/female end fittings (2 per hydrant) - 63mm dia x 15M long all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 63mm dia gunmetal inlet,threaded outlet branch pipe with 15mm bore nozzle short for normal water stream ISI marked (IS- 903)with locking arrangement App size 600 x 600mm minimum complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fire brigade breaching connection with 4 Nos 63mm mm dia NB GM male coupling suitable for water flow of 2400 LPM to be connected to the U/G water tankcomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair installation, testing & Commissioning of inlet connection two way fire brigade inlet consisting of 2 Nos 63mm instantaaneous inlet arrangement on 100mm dia header coupling suitable for water flow of 2400 LPM to be connected to the U/G water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of electric motor driven mono block booster pump suitable for 450 LPM discharge @ 35 mtr head located at fire fighting room near Auditorium. Sevicing includes repair to casing, impeller and coupling, replacement of complete sealing of gaskets and greasing of various parts of pump, replacement of damaged bearings if any, motor and pump alignment and reinstalling it in serviceable condition as specified by the engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of foot valve of pipes in connection to underground sump by emptying the sump well including replacement of minor unserviceable parts like gasket etc of foot valve up to 200 mm dia and refilling the sump well and making it in operational condition complete all as directed.

Proper cleaning of UG Sump by emptying the sump and cleaning it properly once in six months i.e. two times during the entire contract period and refilling the sump and making it in operational condition as specified by engineer-in-charge.

Repair of leakage of gate valves/butterfly valves/joints .etc. connected in any size dia pipe if any during operation by proper tightening of nuts and bolts or replacing old washers and gaskets/seal by new one and removing any kind of leakages for proper functioning of sprinkler system as per requirement.

Supply and fixing of 15mm dia nominal bore quartzoid bulb type sprinklers with temperature rating of 68 °C any type and approved make including taking down old U/S one and fixing the new one including necessary fittings all in quoted rate as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of following items including any necessary change in the previous fitting by taking down the u/s one and fixing the new one and fixing the new one all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge .Quoted rate includes nuts ,bolts,srews and labour.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of fire fighting MS pipes and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (using spray gun) including preparation of surfaces for any description/type with arrow mark of pipes (with other color as directed by engr-in-charge) complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of pipes :-

(a) 80 to 100 mm bore pipes

(b) 150 to 200 mm bore pipes

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of mild steel hose box of size 800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm, double door (any description) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (fire red outside and brilliant white inside yard) including preparation of surfaces for any description/type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/ Maintenance and complete servicing and greasing of 75 HP induction motor of any type and make located at Auditorium and UGBO buildings. (a) Dismantling of motor from electrical connection in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engineer in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts and assembling the same . (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly with external heat. (c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Note (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, maintenance of motor, pump set, compressor etc to be included in the quoted rates and also labour cost in repair shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) Any minor / major repairs involved to make the motor, pump functional even if notified by the Engineer in Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Rewinding of stator of motor (if required and will be measured and paid separately). (iv) Greasing / oiling etc of parts as required shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

(c) Cleaning, washing of bearing and use right quantity of ball bearing grease for bearing. (d) Assembling of motor with old serviceable parts and replacement of unserviceable parts with new as ordered where necessary. (e) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load. Complete servicing of fire hydrant valves installed at site for any leakage and unserviceability due to non operation and making it in good operational condition by replacing or repairing washers and kits as specified and directed by enginner in charge.

NOTE- (A)The fire fighting equipments installed near auditorium,UGBO Map Buildings (B-1,2,3,4,5) JCO-01,02,Offrs S+5and SRE building will be tested for their operation once in a month in prescence of MES Rep,contractor and User and proper documentation will be done which will be the responsibility of the contractor.The contractor will maintain a log sheet for each site as mentioned above and no any extra amount will be paid to the contractor for this by the department.

The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender.

Repair/maintenacne of lifts including carrying out periodical 24x7 FOR 11 months call back services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system with repair/maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts such as bearings, bushes, all type of guide shoes, headers, hangers, door ropes,door, PCB Controller cards,car door sills, landing door sills, door locks, control cards, and its contacts, hall push buttons and its spares, connector/links, welding of crack/broken and MS parts, Landing operating Panel of any size and capacity, repairs /maint of u/s damaged door safety edge and sensor mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contact, car position indicator, ARD system and all connected accessories, necessary wiring of hall push button assembly, repair/ maintenance of broken COP/LOP buttons and display, including cover, Fire alarm, Firemen button glass, Intercom, alarm/hooters, Maintenance of damaged hand rail, Shaft, light/switches, complete with illuminated push button and direction indicator with LED display with LPT/LPC card of stainless steel inclusive of harness wiring for illuminating of push button of each floors and cutting wall making good disturbed surface with masonry work to make with existing surface & cable as per requirement for safe operation of lifts , fixing of loose rail bracket with necessary masonry work ,cabin, minor repair of cabin light and minor repair of cabin fan, ensure safe and smooth functioning of lift and complete maint of car top, including repair/maint of motor, binding of loose wire at control panel and dewatering of lift wells in case of any emergency arise which are covered under supreme platinum contract of the OEM Concerned all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. for the 8 Passenger & 13 Passenger Lift operating for G+7, G + 4 floors & G+5 floors at various MAP buildings and SRE building in 23Wing AF Jammu

NOTE- (B) The lifts shall be maintained by TK Elevator India Private Limited(formerly known as thyssenkrupp Elevator India Private Limited) For item No.57

Note :- (a) The above service shall be made on monthly basis and as and when any breakdown arise (b) The Contractor shall be porvide authorised service personnel of authorised OEM as and when required in case of any emergency occured at any time included odd hrs/sunday/Holiday and cost to this effect shall be deemed to included in quoted rates. (c) The Contractor shall visit the site before quoting the tender. (d) Cost of minor spare parts / routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate . No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares /routine material

(e) All Items required to be replaced/renewed during comprehensive maintenance period shall be supplied by OEM and quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of price of these items except ARD Batteries, light diffuser, cabin fans, blower fans, cabin handrails, mirror, glass sides and hoist way, special display and lift shaft lighting, replacements of batteries, light bulbs in the shaft and machine room, treatment of surfaces of component as e.g. painting and replacements of decorative elements, cleaning of building, car and door. (f) Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation. (g) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect. (h) For item No-54,Contractor will submit the Annual maintenance contract agreement issued from the certified OEM TKE Elevator pvt Ltd. Covered under the platinum contract package within week of the acceptance of the contract.
