Construction of Borewell and installation of pumping machinery and Abu Turab Masjid Sharief Pinglish Tral .

Drilling of 125 mm diameter tube well by air rotary drilling rig unit suitable for lowering of MS casing of 125 mm diameter in suitably drilled bore hole as per specifications laid down in IS 2800 (Part-I) with up-to-date amendments. The job is to be done in all kinds of soils, boulder, rocks, collapsible strata, saturated soils, artisan conditions by ODEX/DTH attachments and exploration of ground water by tapping sufficient aquifer zones. The job includes the cost shifting of drilling accessories, tools, bits, casing shoe, consumables like fuel, lubricants, skilled and unskilled labours and other unforeseen items. Development of tube well with backwash method with air compressor of minimum capacity 1000 CFM (300 PSI air delivery system) with suitable arrangements till well is thoroughly developed in all respects as per the directions of site engineer.

Providing and fixing of MS 125 mm dia pipe and subsequent lowering of casing assembly and its welding after every 10 feet/20 feet up to the drilled/desired depth. The casing is to be slotted as per the site requirement and as directed by site engineer. The specifications of the tube well shall be as under as per IS 4270.

Providing, fitting and commissioning of single phase submersible type pumping unit along with allied jobs. Complete details of the job are as under. Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of single phase pumping equipment with following specifications: Discharge 600 to 800 GPH, Head 80 m to 60 m. Motor rating not less than 1.5 HP. The pump motor is coupled together with a steel coupling. The job includes lowering of the submersible pump equipment. It includes providing and fixing of MU-G panel starter suitable for motor rating and as decided by site engineer.

Providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI column pipe (Class-B). Pipe (03 meter in length) is properly threaded at both the ends. The pipe shall be provided and fitted with GI socket for jointing purpose including the connection from delivery to storage sump.

Providing and fixing of 03 KVA single phase automatic voltage stabiliser, dry type along with allied accessories viz three pin top, MCB etc. Input voltage 90–150 V, output voltage 220 V.

Providing and fixing of submersible cable 2.5 sq.mm connecting pumping unit with motor starter.

Providing and fixing of 05 mm steel wire rope for holding sub type pumping unit.

Providing and fixing of 40 mm dia MS holding clamps (02 numbers) fabricated out of 10 mm thick MS plate with nuts and bolts.

Providing and fixing of reducer 32 mm dia to 25 mm – 01 number, reducer 40 mm dia to 32 mm – 01 number. The job also includes providing and fitting of 32 mm dia GI bend – 02 numbers, well cap, Class-B.
