Providing uniquely colour printed designer box on hire basis from Ashram more to Bakultala at Kachuberia in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela - 2026

2A.]Fabrication and manufacturing including design on hire basis of 3' x 3' square frame structure of height 8 ft by using hollo bar of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 2 mm including welding complete. The cubical frame is to be fitted with printed backlit flex in 4 sides and top portion will be covered by another approved theme like Dub, Dungru, Pradip, Trishul etc. The printing matter and design of flex shall be approved by the EIC. The Box inside should have fitted with suitable Nos LED luminaries to illuminate the theme . This cost also inclues the cost of fitting fixing in the divider portion of the roard with the help of support and GI wire including power connection complete and dismantling the structure after completeion of Mela.

2B.From 07-01-2026 to 16-01-2026 = 10 Days

5 A ] Making decorative lillumination arrangement of Blue and white colour round light including necessary arrangement for fixing of 24" dia round lighting fixture of colour Blue and white with the help of steel tubular pole/ salbollah and GI wire of suitable gauge across the road in between 1 No. Jetty and Bus stand. The fixture shall have 9/12 watt LED lamp inside with electrical connection complete and dismantling of the entire installation after completion of mela.

Making decorative Gate near jetty no 2,3 ,4 & 5 and illumination arrangement of High Mast (LCT Jetty) , Govt. Official Residence's at Kachuberia in connection with Ganga Sagar Mela - 2026

Making temporary decorative lighting arrangement of gate structure on hire basis by fitting fixing at site decorative |boards on salbollah / bambo0 gate structures including decorative design LED lighting power with different colour LED lights. The board should have in built power circuit board for operating in 230 volt 50Hz AC supply with controller etc and dismantling after completion of Mela

Hire and labour charges for temporary gate structure as per design and direction of EIC. with salbollah / bamboo post of approved size and runner, cross support, vertical support land covering with different coloured cloth and dismantling |the same after completion of the mela.

Making decorative type LED lighting arrangement at 4 nos. Govt. Official Residences and High Mast of LCT Jetty with different coloured (RED/BLUE/YELLOW) LED light to be fixed by suitable GI wire across the road with all interconnection complete for the entire mela period From 07-01-2026 to 16-01-2026

Hire and labour charges for temporary robust gate structure as per design and direction of EIC. Ceilign hight minimum 18 ft and road covered width 62ft and 4ft depth ceiling height 7 ft.. The structure will be made with salbollah and or bamboo post, 6mm-8mm-12mm-16mm-19mm water proof with anti termite superior quality ply board of approved size and runner, cross support and covering with different designed materials / designed wooden/ ply board structure. The structure should be painted with weather coated oil paint (Asian Paint/Berger Paint) matching with the design. Both side of gate structure should be covered with venial backlit. The structure should be dismantled after completion of Mela. From 01-01-2026 to 16-01-2026)

Carrying charges of electrical motor driven air compressor with oil tank 50mm dia hose pipe from Sagar store to worksite time to time at different location as per direction

Lowering the hose pipe 150 ft from the tube well and connection of air compressor delivery pipe as per direction in different location

Hiring and Fixing of sodium vapour, flood light, street light, fixture & other accessories with 400 Watt S.V lamp from 06.01.2026 to 18.01.2026 = 13 days. [ 400 watt SV lamp / equivalent LED light have to be used as and where required with required no. of quantity either SV or both]

Making earthing arrangement by supplying 5/8” dia earth spike of 2 mtr long with galvanized bolts nuts and washer etc including supplying and fitting fixing 8 nos SWG GI wire and restoration of the surface duly rammed as per direction and inter connection earth spike to continuous running earth on the top of the steel tubular pole

Construction of temp shed 12ft x 10 ft by bamboo structure with walling and G.I. corrugated roof during mela period as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply of submersible pumping machinery for W/S operation purpose including necessary pipe and fittings on hire basis(3 phase Cora]for supply of pouch process water as directed with effect from 05.01.2026 to 18.01.2026

Running & maintenance of submersible pump set during mela period by engaging skilled operating staff in 3 shift with supply of necessary sundries from 05.01.2026 to 18.01.2026 = 14 days x 20hrs x 2 nos

a. Submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification:

Pump Duty condition-25m3/hr Head- 40 Mtr Shaft-stainless steel Impeller- S.S/ Bronze Outlet Size: 75/80 mm. Motor submersible type 3 Ph , 50Hz, 415 Volt ± 10% 2900 Motor must be suitable for operation with DOL starter. Make -KSB/ Texmo/ Pluga/BG/any other approved make.

Test certificate along with characteristic curve should be submitted at the time of delivery.

Supply, delivery and storage of 230 Volt 50 Hz single phase submersible pump motor set of discharge ( 2.0 - 6.0 cubic mtr/hr ) and Head - ( 31 to 59 mtr ) directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor with DOL starting Make -KSB(Cora) / Texmo/ Pluga/BG/Any other approved make

Supply delivery and storage at site motor control panel suitable for operation of 1.5 HP motor with ammeter voltmeter etc with relay range 9 to 14 amp al complete as per direction. Make- KSB/Kirloskar/Any other approved make)

1.1 KV grade 1.5 sq.mm x 3 Core water proof flat submersible cable for above motor. (Make-Any Approved make)

Supply & delivery at site including design and manufacturing of Aluminium Composite panel [ ACP 3 MM ALUDECOR Exterior AL- 33] LED board with 12 mm importedacrylic pasted vinyl letter as per following subject With one side glassing alluminium tube of size 2.5" x 1.5" x 1.5 mm with different colour LED as per direction of EIC. The board should have in built power circuit board connected with LED lamp suitable for operating in 230 volt 50 Hz AC supply [ a) LED lighting should be of 1.5 Watt original samsung (3 Years warranty) fitting LED modules connected for 12V, 400 watt power ( 2 years gurantee) b) The board back side should have exterior ACP cover and outside yellow acrylic border ( if asked for ) included with making of all [The cost includes riverine charges @5%]
