Provision of 01 X 400 KVA Servo voltage stabilizer at HQ Sector RR under AGE (I) CIF (K)

Supply, installations and testing of servo voltage stabilizer for automatic operation three phase naturally oil cooled, copper wound, indoor type and designed for input variation between 210 volt to 480 volt with output voltage stabilized at 415 volts with accuracy of ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second and capacity 400 KVA with first filling of oil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commisioning of cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade including stranded aluminium conductor of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, 40mm dia GI tubing light grade protection pipe upto test point, 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:3:6 with pit cover of size 30 x 30cm made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with suitable handle, angle iron frame made of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm, adequate qty of charcol dust and salt layer all around the earth plate and filling of vegetable soil to the remaining 10%, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in all as required at site including test point made out of steel plate of size 75x75x6mm fixed to wall as specified in elactrical plate No 3 complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion. Note : (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5m GI pipe for protection of earth lead. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI earth lead. (iii) If on testing desired results are not obtained, the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the Govt.
