S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with "L" or "J" type hook bolts and bitumen washers as in roof covering etc.,with grade of Zinc coating 275 Grms/Sqm including taking down existing steel sheetng of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated (Trepezium or tiled pattern etc.,) steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa (pitch of corrugation shall be 200mm to 250mm and crest shall be 28mm to 32mm) as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screwsincluding taking down existing steel sheetng of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (with 0.45 mm BMT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering, eaves board, ridges, hips,valley gutters, drip and straight flashing cladding to wall etc, fixed with self tapping screws including taking down existing steel sheetng of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make for Item No. 3&4: TATA BLUESLOPPE/ LLYODS /JMBS/ EVEREST INDUSTRIES LTD/CRILL or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F 180 mm dia half round PVC (heavy grade) eaves gutter fixed with MS brackets including taking down existing pipes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE: MS brackets shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction (Single T) equal or unequal suitable for 180mm eaves gutter, top portion half round and bottom portion to fit to 110mm bore PVC pipe including taking down existing junction complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socket in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down existing pipes complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends (any radius) suitable for 110mm bore pipe fitted with access door including taking down existing bend complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make for item No 5 to 8: PRINCE/ SUDHAKAR/ NANDI/ FINOLEX/ SWASTIK/SUPRIME or equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L Mild steel work such as bands, straps, clamps and hold fasts, support for rain water pipes, gutters etc., of Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L for false ceiling with light weight PVC hollow section panels made of 1mm thick PVC sheet and overall thickness of panel minimum 7mm and 200mm wide strips fixed in and including GI frame work of size 605 x 605 mm, for seamless celing comprising of GI perimeter chanel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including taking down existing ceiling boards of any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. MAKE: Rajshree plast wood/Sintex/Nandi or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for second class hard wood clean sawn scantling, unframed and fixed including taking down existing scantling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. WOOD: Sal/Kalasiris/Chaplash/Hollock/Bijasal

M&L preparing new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm,on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados, raisers to steps etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square/rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc., jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles laid on and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make for Item No 13 to 16: NITCO/ SOMANY/ ASIAN / JOHNSON/KAJARIA/ORIENT BELL

M&L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base and finishing even and rough to receive toping layer including demolition of existing concrete and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete chequered tiles 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick with grey cement and no pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement to match the surfaces as in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and removing rubbish off the premisescomplete all as specified and directed. Make: NITCO/ULTRA/ EUROCON/ DECO/BHARAT or equivalent as approved by GE.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 96,530.00 B/F from Ser page No. 24 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount as rate Rs. 96,530.00 in Green field under Col-M. If bidder does not insert the amount the same will be deducted from total amount of Schedule 'A' and accordingly total amount of tender will be considered in deciding the lowest tender.
