Clearing Scrub Jungle without alignment for the widening of the formation of the road cutting of trace up to 30mm girth products the cleaning are to be stocked in such a place as ordered by the departmental officer and the ground shall be left in a perfectly clean condition. All holes of hollows whether original, existing (or) produced by digging of roots shall than be carefully filled up the earth well rammed and leveled of and the entire work completed in all respect as per SI 17 (2).

Earth work excavation and depositing on back with an intial of 10m and lift 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, hard gravelly soil etc., as per SS 20A including laying and spreading in layer etc.complete.

Providing laying and compacting red gravel in accordance with requirements of the specification materials shall be in one or more layers as necessary including watering, consolidating by the power roller rolling and all labour charges for soiling including hire charges for consolidation etc. complete. Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 3Kg of bitumen 60/70 for 10sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat etc. Comp.

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE USING cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 include 8% plastic waste heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectoising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area , Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35 . The finished surface to be level , uniform and free streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT & H specification No.803 - Road Marking - Edge line

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and Laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Surface Textured) Pavements having thickness 60mm and compacted over a thin bedding sand layer of 25 mm thickness and joints shall be filled by fine sand of specified grading as per table 1500.6 of Specification of Rural roads-2014 and Technical specification clause 1504.

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary , Mandatory and Information signs (with Definition Board ) made out of High intensity Prismatic grade Sheeting Confirming to Type-IV Standard of IRC-67 : 2012 and ASTM D 4956-09 , Specification and fixed over 2 mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back Supporting frame of 25 mm X 25mm X 3mm Mild steel angel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm with a clear height of not less than 2.10 m from the ground level to the bottom of the sign board and 0.60 m below ground level . The sign post should be painted asper IRC 67 -2012 and firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm size including cot and conveyance of all materials , Equipment , machinery and labour with all leads and lifts , Loading charges necessary for satifactory completion of the works as directed by the engineer in Charge .
