S&F 5 star rated 25 litre storage water heater (Geyser) vertically mounted, earthed, colour - white, wattage-2000 Watts, Material - Outer body made of high quality steel, thick & high density CFC free PUF insulation for maximum heat retention, advanced vitreous enamel coating for inner tank, single weld line high grade mild steel tank, thermostat & thermal cut qut mechanism for dual overheat protection, 5 in 1 multifunction safety valve for prevent excess pressure build up, vacuum formation & reverse water flow, multilayer protection against corrosion & scaling, temperature control knob for adjusting the temperature from 25° - 75° C, twin LED display indicator for power (Green) and heating (Red) status with a warranty as per OEM for heating element inner tank and geyser body. Note:- Cost of civil works to mount the geyser on height as per IS including necessary mason, mechanic work and material deemed to be included in Quoted rates. Complete all as reqd & directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLSH) stranded copper conductor cable drawnthrough PVC casing and caping fixed on walls/ceilings with one run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 2runs of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth continuity and 1 run of casing and caping will be measured as single run.

Supply and laying 15mm bore GI pipe, 'medium grade' ISI marked with all fittings fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB (C type curve 25 Amp) protected socket COMBO (with sheet enclosers) and connecting the same to circuit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F 15mm bore stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure , with crutch or butterfly handle. Screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 15mm bore bib taps, cast copper alloy Chromium plated, high pressure screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F, 304 grade braided stainless steel connection pipe hose for gryser 600mm dia-15mm, with S/S nuts, ring seal washer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 V of size 230 mm sweep, 1400 RPM including fixing of louvers 300 mm dia by using suitable fastener grouted in the wall, including PVC copper cable 1.0 Sqmm 3 core connecting from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including cutting holes into bricks/block /stone masonary and making good the dismantelled portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply & fix exhaust fan AC single phase 230/240 V of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM including fixing of louvers 300 mm dia by using suitable fastener grouted in the wall, including PVC copper cable 1 0 Sqmm 3 core connecting from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including cutting holes into bricks/block /stone masonary and making good the dismantelled portion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (FRLSH), PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable drawn in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed in wall with pressed mild steel terminal boxes duly point painted with a coat of red oxide primer fixed flushed to the wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm (FRLSH), PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire to common earth dolly, including cutting chases in brick/block masonry wall, replastering and making good to match the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: a) Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes and making good to wall, floors upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface bakalite 65mm three terminal all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F switch piano flush type 5 amp single pole one way 230V complete all as specified and directed.
