M&L for pre-cast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20 mm graded agg) cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on irregular face of walls in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete/stone surfaces as dubbing coat all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in backing coat to receive wall tiles/skirting/dado etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x450mmx7 to 8mm thick, on verticals surfaces, set and jointed inneat cement slurry and pointed in coloured all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC over 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on external surfaces of walls mixed with water proofing compound on stone masonry/concrete surface or brickwalls finished even & smooth without using extra cement (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/stone masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling of room slab finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Cutting down Vegetation growths like plants/trees of girth n.exc 15cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldgs, Chajjas, wall junctions at junctions of rain water/ CI waste water pipe junctions including removal of roots and taking out carefully possible quantity of concrete in roofs embedded in walls/slab surfaces including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints of that affected locations and applying TUFALO chemical (herbal rnedicine) or equivalent chemicals. to arrest further growth and making good the distrubed surfaces with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 or CM 1:2 or brick work in CM 1:4 and plastering with CM 1:4 and treating tthe surfaces to match with the adjoining surfaces upto height of 3.5m from the GL all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of scafolding/staging etc (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC special damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to ensure leak/seapage free joint unit rate quoted shall deemed to be include cost of replacement of specials

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L for 75mm cement cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in Sub-floors, sub-base, floors and pavings, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm cement cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in pavings, etc including Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as specified and directed.

S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel.
