Reinforced cement concrete M20 1:1.5:3 granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced cement concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) using best quality of second class (Table molded chamber burnt ) bricks of size 9"x4 3/8 x2 3/4" for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining the required elevation shall be done without extra cost

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement etc., with filling Well Gravel in layers well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by department officers.

Plastering in cement mortor 1:3 mix (one cement,threee sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the martor, and the surface rubbed for smooth and curing to required period, etc complete as per std Specification TNSS No.61,V,VI,(S4)3.

Plastering in cement mortor 1:5 mix (one cement,five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for mixing the martor, and the surface rubbed for smooth and curing to required period, etc complete as per std Specification TNSS No.61,V,VI,(S4)3.

Paving the floor with Vitrified Floor Tiles of size 60 X 60cm of approved brand and colour Marbonite tiles in all floors base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick using first quality Marbonite tiles of size 60 X 60cm and point with colour cement neatly and fixed in position so as to make perfectly smooth and to alignment etc., complete complying with standard specification

Providing Weathering course at average 75 mm with thick 20mm brick jelly mixed with pure slaked lime uniform slope and as with wooden mallets to form a uniform slope and rough finish including laying with 20mm brick well burnt approved qualites and make measuring tiles of size 230mmx230mm in CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil in the ratio on litre to 1 bag cement and printing tiles with same morter and finished neatly

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with red oxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of mild steel door using all round "L" angle 25 X 25 X 6mm thick, cross bracing 20 X 6mm M.S.Flat with necessary locking arrangements including cost and conveyance etc.,

Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats over a priming coat including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed.

Painting the new iron works,in all floors, two coats over one coat of primer coat for door ,windows,grills,weldmesh ets

Electrical arrangements

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / Fan Point (For electronic regulator) (5 Points Per coil). Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories, in flush with wall, with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter lockingWall socket with 5A Flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.(SD 38)

Supply and Run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable heavy gauge M.S. conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth Wire connection by 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion wiith suitable colour (SD 45)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection 14 SWG TC wire with painting of suitable colour.(SD 54)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor, with conduit pipe suspension from the ceiling with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting with tube.(SD-89)

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator, with 1metre down rod with fan clamp with side plates and cross arm of size 450 mm (18") (SD 106)
