Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per MORT&H Specification No. 305, Sl. No. 3.17 (including all Taxes but excluding GST & Roilty)

Laying and spreading available soil in the sub grade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with 2% slaked lime having minimum content of 70 % of CaO, grading with motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to the desired density to form a layer of improved sub grade. as per clause 402 (4.3) (including all Taxes but excluding GST & Roilty)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in plade method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORT&H Specification No. 401 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase / base course on well prepared surface and compaction with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORT&H Specification No. 406 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

WMM+1% OPC Cement + 3.5% Emulsion: Providing laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC Cement and 3.5% emulsion in uniform single layers on surface/sub-base/base grade and compacting with road roller to achieve the desired density. As per MOR&TH specification No. 406 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concreate with 100 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average outpur of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as Morth Specification clause 509 complete in all respects. (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. as per MORT&H Specification No. 304, Sl. No. 12.1 mechanical means (depth up 3m) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Sand Filling in Foundation trenches as per drawing and as per MoRT&H Specification No. 304 S.l No. 12.3 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (as per MoRT&H Specification No. 2100 S.l No. 12.4) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Stone Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 for sub structure complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification No. 1400 & 2200 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Solid slab superstructure cement concrete in superstructure (RCC Grade M35) (as per drawing and Technical specification MORT&H no. 1500, 1600 & 1700 Sl. No. 14.1B) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Providing and laying pitching on slopes lead over prepared filter media including boulders apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete (as per drawing and Technical specification MORT&H no. 2504 Sl. No. 15.4) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete (as per drawing and Technical specification MORT&H no. 1600 & 2200 Sl. No. 13.6) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Raised pointing with cement and fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus morter on stone work in proportion of 1:2 including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SI. No. 577) (including all Taxes but excluding GST)

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonary, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1 (V) : 20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204. 3.7 (including all Taxes but excluding GST)
