Note: The contractor make suitable arrangement to shift the concertina coil/barbed wire to carryout work & fixing in the same postion after painting. the rates are deemed to be included.

M&L Preparation of old corrugated, semicorrugated / plain steel surfaces of any description as on sloped roof, wall/cladding surfaces over 10 cm width or girth with one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide in camouflaging pattern as approved by the station authority and RGB values variation from 110 to 171 of approved pattern having percentage of colours50%, 30%,20%stone at height n. exc 15mtr as per sample/pattern approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The %age of the three colours may change without any financial effect.

Taking down cement of cement lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, SWTs with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sqm

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth using extra cement including demolition.

M&l for providing cement concrete type BO (1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for providing slope , roof kerbs or mud stops & SWT coping rounded or chamfered edges all as directed by engr-in charge

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound when concrete is green, as per manufacturere instructions complete all as specified. (Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under item No-12).

S&F in repairs 3.15mm dia mild steel wire for blast pane open walls, tying and tightned with existing steel angles complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3/8" x 6" galvanised mild steel turnbuckles one end tyed with guy wire & other end fixed with angle iron post including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 type B1, (20 mm graded aggregate) as in repair of chajjas, suspended slab etc, including demolition with wooden hammer and necessary formwork complete all as specified as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Sheet glass 5.5mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thicknesss, size,quality or description) from metal frame inlcuding punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips & providing & fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair figured glass, pin head type 3.0mm thick, ordinary quality & glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thicknesss, size,quality or description) from metal frame inlcuding punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips & providing & fixing new ones complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 5mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting with coach screw & washer in roof, wall, widows, guard post openings etc.including dismantling of existing sheet complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including clamps, nut bolts including dismantling of old AC rain water pipe etc..

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precastconcrete articles

M & L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
