M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab by the following specifications as specified and directed :- (a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound manufactured by Dr FIXIT or equivalent as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement. (b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion. (c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolation of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) Applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane. Each coat would be paid seperately.) (e) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note : Floor Area shall be measured for payment.

M&L brick work with Fly ash straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on brick wall/cement block wall or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, etc. all as specified and as directed.

Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistance primer over a coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, pillasters, cornices etc (upto G+3 storied building) scrapping down , brooming down or steel wire brushing, and washing with water after completion of precoat treatment applying two coats of Anti fungal Weather coat paint (xxterior emulsion) white or tinted over a coat of primer (X2) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Each stage i.e preparation of surfaces, application of primer, application of first coat. application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (b) Written Warranty for four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is more is required to be furnished by contractor for this item.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in repair for preparation of surface for application of water based epoxy resin coating of waterproofing for internal wall dampness and filling of cracks and making the surface smooth and finish complete all as specified. Note : (a) Complete removal of treatment/plaster(where needed) on internal walls and preparation of surface for application and making the surface wet . (b) apply first coat of Dr. fixit Dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in one direction and leaving the coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (c) apply second coat of Dr. fixit dampguard in ratio(1U base:1U hardner:1U water) in perpendicular direction to the first coat applied and leaving the surface to dry for 24 hrs. Material: Dr. fixit Dampguard or equivalent.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces and evenly applying one coat of white wash on surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washing rubbing down and stopping distempered surfaces of walls etc and evenly applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller all as specified and directed

M & L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm , in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement sluury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:6, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles size 300mm x 450 mm 6-7 mm thick (Colour and design of tiles as approved by GE) on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for vitrified cerameic tiles 9 to10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular ) digital designer polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:6, including dismanling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles of size 300mm x 200mm x 7mm thick (coloured) of superior quality fixed on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in cement screed over & including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per ser item No 21.00 above but in skirting over & including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 - 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab in flooring or treads of steps over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab/rubbing, polishing etc, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The size of Kota stone slab shall not less than 550 mm x 550 mm cut size, except the location where the balance portion remain less than size as specified above.

Description all as per ser item No 24.00 above but as in skirting over 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 40cm x 40cm x 25 to 30mm thick (Glosy finished) with grey cement and pigment, including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block fixing with grey cement and pigments of " I " shape or as approved by GE ,and any colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade set, laid over 25 mm (average) thick dust sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand & compaction using surface vibrator after filling of joints lain in any pattern as decided by Engineer-In-Charge including packing of sides by cement concrete finishing surfce even and smooth, including demoletion of old stone slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plateforms and like including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed built in CM 1:4, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edges, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations for bullnosing / moulding to exposed edges( any type) and polishing to match the adjoining surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Green marble 18 to 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapet wall / floor / dado over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble colour as per direction of GE, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cutting of marble are included in this rate.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base for pavement , path, floor etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection Finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and fair (without using extra cement) including making joint at every 3 mtr interval and at corner and filled with mixture of bitumen and sand and finished even and fair and laid in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including finishing surface of concrete topping even and rough complete as in levelling work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provide PVC spout pipe of 25mm bore & 45cm length in sunken floor including cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate with wall finish at the disturbed portion of external surfaces complete as directed and specified.

M & L for cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor at the starting point of down take soil/waste pipe at any floor, fill the joint of down take pipe & trap with thick mortor in CM 1:3 and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate with wall finish at the disturbed portion of external surfaces complete as directed and specified.

Note:- 1. Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately. 2. Work to be executed up to 7 Story building height.

Forming square grooves in plaster n exc 12mm deep and n exc 15mm on face, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work to be executed up to 7 Story building height.

S&F in repair toughned glass 12 mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors, partition of wall and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling hole with necessary arrangements for fixing also included handles, hinges, support channel for fixing in any position, complete all as specified and directed.
