Hiring of 01 X Car (Non AC) Swift Dezire/similar vehicle with driver for Phase IlI work to execute Runway Resurfacing work for Asst Garrison Engineer (Project) in AF stn Pune.

Hiring of 01 X Car (Non AC) Swift Dezire/similar vehicle with driver for Phase Ill work to execute Runway Resurfacing work for Asst Garrison Engineer (Project) in AF stn Pune.

Note:- (a) The Vehicles should not be registered prior to Jan 2018. (b) Veh Supplier should submit all valid documents such as vehicle registration, insurance with updated road tax payment, pollution control certificate etc. to the office. (c) The driver should be experienced with valid driving licence, adequately educated to maintain logbook and well mannered /disciplined. The log sheet should be duly signed on daily basis. (d) The department will not be responsible for any accident /theft of vehicle/parts or any other third party claims. The department will not be liable to pay for penalty for violation of traffic rules caused by driver.

(e) In case of breakdown/Servicing/repair the agency/service provider shall provide alternate vehicle of the same make and model failing which vehicle shall be hired from other source at the risk and cost of the transporter. (f) In case of non reporting /refusing to provide the requisite car, the same shall be hired from other source at his own risk and the cost of the transporter , besides any other penal action, which may even amount to terminate of the contract. (g) Supplier will be responsible for any kind of repair and maintenance of the supplied vehicle. The maintenance cost ,charge of fuel and other consumable, road tax, permit fee . passenger tax, salary of driver etc. are responsibility of the service provided and should be paid by the transporter/agency/service provider. (h)The supplied vehicle should always be fully and comprehensively insured covering risk to the driver and all the passengers also. Once particular driver has been attached with particular vehicle hired on monthly basis , the service provider should not normally change the driver in casual manner unless directed to do so by the office. Necessary flag pole, Star plate will provided by the contractor.

(j) The Vehicle and driver should be provided 24 hrs including Sunday and holidays.

(k) The Contractor should provide proper uniform to the driver as directed by Garrison Engineer
