Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for, Digital Non - skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, 8 to 10 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm,conforming to IS 15622, ISO 13006, EN 14411 Grade B II, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.MAKE:- (Johnson/Kajaria or equivalent make )

Materials and Labour for, digital ceramic glazed coloured tiles, 450 X 300 X 7 mm thick,conforming to ISO 13006, EN 14411 , Group B III, on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with over and including 10mm thick cement mortar (1:3) rendering complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for preparation of old painted CGI sheet roof surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of anti corrosive roof paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel and iron surface not exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood base surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on surface fair face of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).
