REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER AND WINTER APPLIANCES AT AF STATION JAIPUR

M&L for servicing of 7 Ton Precision Airconditioner (PAC) Unit installed at Domestic Area and Tech Area Airforce station Jaipur including complete servicing by pressure machine, taking down all filters, cleaning and refixing, checking all sensors and valves, checking alarms if any, repairing of PCB complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate PCB Repairing deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Contractor have to attend any breakdown call within 6 Hrs otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000 per hours would be imposed.

Taking down Desert Cooler from domestic and technical area of any make of capacity 3000/4500 CFM and refixing in position after servicing, cleaning, greasing, replacing old/defective parts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replaced Items will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including one coat of primer by spraying on surface of Desert Coolers of capacity 3000/4500 CFM including preparation of rusted surface by means of sand paper/ scrubing of dust etc and filling cavities with filler complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement grass pad/khas pad (set of 03 pads) in desert cooler of any make and size installed at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down defective desert cooler Pump testing and carry to MES store for issue as sch of credit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of water pump of 1/7 HP submersible type for desert cooler of 3000/4500 CFM capacity single phase 230 volt complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement water distribution pipe with tee and elbows complete all as specified and directed (Each desert cooler set).

Taking down defective desert cooler motor, carry to workshop for rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of unserviceable/burned fan motor of desert cooler with replacement of new copper winding with proper insulation material coating over winding and cleaning of rusted iron portion and greasing moving part complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and dismantling defective desert cooler body and remove to MES store for issue as sch of credit complete all as specified and directed.
