PCC type C1 (1:3:6) type C-2, 150mm thick as in plateform/base for placing of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Half yearly servicing of DG Set 125 KVA ( SM No.-276/6059-DG/12) Make - Kirloskar Model 6R 1080 TA and DG Set 100 KVA, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability , taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lub oil, flexible hose pipe, hose turbo etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts , cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution and drain out unserviceable burnt engine oil from the oil sump refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Half yearly servicing of DG Set 180 KVA Make - Cummins Model 6CTA-83-201, checking entire system as per manufacturer's catalogue such as checking all parts for serviceability , taking down defective parts such as fuel filter assembly, by pass filter assembly, lub oil , flexible hose pipe, turbo etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts , cleaning all the serviceable filters with cleaning solution and drain out inserviceable engine oil from the oil sump and refilling new engine oil grade 15W/40 upto required level and including testing to DG Set to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

Note for item 2 and 3 (i) Spare parts/ filters shall be measured and paid separetaley (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised dealer of manufacturer. (iii) Minimum 6 months gap/ 300 Hrs of run whichever is earlier shall be considered for next service. (iv) Repair Guarantee for replaced parts/ servicing of DG Set shall be for six month from the date of service. (v) Note : In case of problem occuring in the serviced DG set during the month of half yearly service, the same shall have to be rectified without any extra payment.

Half yearly servicing of DG set 750 KVA (SM Nos.-276/6060-DG/13 & 276/6061-DG/13) &1010 KVA(Mes no. -788/6072/DG/15) Make Cummins Model : KTA 38-G5 with 'C' check as specified by manufacturer . The following items of work shall be carried out by contractor as per 'C' Check kit: Note : In case of problem occuring in the serviced DG set during the month of half yearly service, the same shall have to be rectified without any extra payment.

(i) Replacement of entire engine oil after draining the existing old burnt engine incl cleaning the entire sump thoroughly.

(ii) Replacement of lubricating oil filter element with new lubricating oil filter element with filter element with 'O' ring and new rectangular seal on the pilot located on lub pump with accessories such as mounting bolt and washer after taking down existing.

(iii) Replacement of super lub oil by pass filter element with new super lub oil by pass filter element and ring sealing after taking down existing.

(iv) Replacement of fuel filter element with new fuel filter element and new 'O' ring after taking down existing.

(v) Replacement of gasket rocker lever with new gasket rocker lever cover-12 Nos.

(vi) Replacement of nut regular hexagon type with new nut regular hexagon type- 12 Nos.

(vii) Replacement of screw slotted set with new screw slotted set- 12 Nos.

(viii) Replacement of air filter element Cat Part No. 4020552 and 4020551- 02 set.

(ix) Cleaning of air breather

(x) Note: (i) 'C' check and maint shall be carried out by authorised representative of original manufacturer of DG Set.

Taking down existing defective PVC transparent flexible pipe of 10 mm dia approximate length 1 RM and replacing the same with same size of PVC pipe of superior quality, tighting the same with two Nos of jublee clips on both ends, preparing surface 3'' wide along pipe the black synthetic enamel paint and writning numbers to indicate every 20 Ltrs measurement with 10 mm high and 2 mm thick letter writing in white paint with arrow marking complete all as specified and directed.

Battery Lead of size 35 Sq mm copper single core flexible wire FR PVC insulated with thimble complete all as specified and directed.

Over hauling ACB for 750 KVA/1010 KVA DG set of 1600 Amp/1250 Amp after isolating the electric supply, opening ACB Checking fix and movable contacts, cleaning all contacts and entire panel internally with air blower to remove dust and other particles, of ACB , checking movable mechanism for efficient functioning including minor spares parts as required at site , applying petrolium jelly on contacts of ACB panel complete and directed.

Servicing of AMF panel of DG set upto 750 KVA/1010 KVA capacity for smooth functioning of the same with renewal/repairs of AMF panel wiring, control timer, engine starting relay, contact point relay, HRC fuse 4-10 Amps etc complete for DG sets installed at pump house and CMDC area complete all as specified and directed.

Checking/Serviceability of DG Set (100/125/180/750/1010 KVA) once in a month by checking the functioning of lubricating system, cooling system, air intake system, Fuel supply system, Exhaust system, engine related checking, checking of prime mover all as illustrated below for follow up and after checking if any defects found bring it to normal functioning position of the DG set to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

(i) Lubricating system: Checking of Leakages, Engine oil level, operation of oil heater, Hydraulic governor oil level, Pressure gauges, by pass filter and Engine oil

(ii) Cooling System: Checking of leakage, for radiator air restriction, operation of cooling level, anti freeze and concentration of coolant,Belt condition and tension, hub drive pulley and water pump.

(iii) Air Intake System: Checking of leakages, air cleaner restriction, piping and connection, crank case breather and air cleaner element.

(iv) Fuel supply system: Fuel line connection, drain sediments from tank, change fuel filter, clean float tank breather and fuel injection pump , adjust injection and valve, governor Iinkage, all the fuel line leakages.

(v) Exhaust System: Checking of exhaust manifold system and insulation exhaust mufflers

(vi) Prime mover: Checking of vibration damper, crank shaft end plug, tightening of nuts and bolts,grease fan pillow block bearing, air inlet and outlet for restriction binding and electrical connection for unusual vibration.

(vii) Electrical wiring system: Checking of battery charging system, battery water level, battery terminal,specific gravity of electrolite and battery charging unit.

Oil pressure gauge including all necessary assesories and taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. Make: Siemens/Pricol

Callibration of fuel pump for DG set 750 KVA including replacement of necessitated parts through authorized dealer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rep of contractor shall maintain and update the maintenance/break down register daily and the same shall be checked by Engineer-in-charge periodically.If any lapse is found in the maintenance/break down register Rs 200.00 per day shall be charged as penalty.
