Steel supplied by the contractor.Using TMT bars of specified grades all dia bars. TMT bars to be supplied by the contract confirming to IS: 1786(Latest edition) and BARC specification. Notes: 1)The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories without any extra cost. 2) Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically whereever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P brass / stainless screws all complete as per drawings and and directions of Engineer-in-charge including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of PVC / neoprene gasket required filling the gaps using silicon grout sealent etc. (fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately). Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Item should be from approved manufacturer meeting all the technical specifications as per relevant codes and standards. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 143 x 57 mm made out of 1.60 mm (16 gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry opening. Door shutters shall be of G.I sheet 18 gauge thick with necessary stiffners. Thickness of the door shutter shall be as per design or minimum 40 mm ) All doors and frames shall be finished with polyurethane aliphatic grade paint of approved colour. Fire Tested SS304 Ball bearing heavy duty butt Hinges of size 100 x 75 x 3 mm (4 Nos. per shutter) of approved make shall be provided and fixed with suitable stainless steel screws etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 2. For Double shutter doors on Inactive shutter with Dead Bolt combination SS D-Handle 254 mm (Pair) without rose - 1 pair per shutter 3. Providing and fixing IS: 3564 marked aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of approved make with necessary accessories and screws etc. in wooden doors / steel doors with necessary bolts & nuts complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 4. Concealed Flush Bolt - for Double shutter doors 600 mm Long from 2201 to upto a door height 2500 mm 1 No. per double door. 5. Vision glass with 6mm thick clear borosilicate fire rated Schott glass of relevant rating of the door, having size 550 x 900 mm for each shutter. 6. Mortise Dead lock with SS Lever Handles with both side key operation cylinder 7. Fire doors with approved Single Point Panic Latch, Two Point Panic Bolt, External Trim Panic device in single leaf door/ double leaf door with one side key operation & SS Handle 19 mm Dia of size 250 mm instead of Mortice lock with both side key operation.
Providing and injecting non shrink grout of approved make (GP2) including mixing , pouring, curing as per menufacture specifications, including scaffolding shuttering etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge
Providing FLUSH pointing on stone masonry with cement moratr 1:3 using crushed sand as per specifications and as directed at site by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing Made of GI wire of dia 4 mm of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Stainless steel Barbed wires using SS 304 Grade over RCC post/ M.S angles placed at required distance, using Stainless steel 304 Grade" J" hook or binding wire tied to 6 mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (cost of RCC posts, struts, earth work and concrete to be paid for separetely) : Payment to be made in weight for total length of barbed wire used only.
With Stainless steel 304 grade barbed wire 12 swg ( 2.50mm 2 ply line wire & barbs with 2.50 mm thick wires. Complete as per IS 1278.
Providing and fixing 25 mm thick Colour PVC Integral Sheet door shutters flush door of approved colour, of approved make or equivalent, design, colour and fixing with 4 Nos 100 mm (ISI marked) stainless steel hinges, Fixing of Stoppers, tower bolts, baby latch, aldrop, handles etc.wherever required with S.S. screws (Stopper, Tower bolt, Baby latch, Aldrop, Handels etc Shall be supplied by department) etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : The door should satisy the following technical parameters as under: 1. Density : 0.475 to 0.55 g/cc, 2. Hardness (Shore 'D'): min. 55, 3. Water absorption : max. 1 %, 4. Tensile strength : min. 13 MPa, 5. Elongation : min. 15 %, 6. Flextural Strength min. 30 MPa, 7. Compressive Strength at 10% Deformation : min. 3 MPa, 8. Vicat Softening Temperature: more than 75 Deg Celcius 9. Flammability: classification B : S3 : D0 (to be tested as per NF EN 13501-1 standard)
