Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & lift of 2m including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., in all incidental charges etc., complete as per SS 20B - for Foundation (Schedule Item No.62, Sl. No.61)

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement four M.Sand and eight Coarse aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite Metal for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated complying as standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including RCC work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., to complete as per std., specification. A) Column

B) Grade Beam

Reinforcement Concrete M-20 Grade Cement using 20mm, gauge machine broken hard granite stones jelly for RCC items of Works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sided and bottom of slab, beams etc. shell be finished smooth with cement mortor 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 12mm thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications. The rate is including vibration charges.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed for steel and all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification ( MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Brick Work in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one cement, five M.sand ) using new best country Bricks of size 8 ¾” x 4 ¼” x 2 ¾” from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. complying with std. specifications.

Plastering in Cement Mortor 1:5 Mix (one part of cement and five part of M.Sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Cement paint Two coats with good quality of approved cement paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm

Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting Two Coats on new Iron works with best synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and quality – 10m2.
